Disappointing
In my over 20years as a member I have been lucky eneough not to have too many claims. I’ve got a good plan in place got the top one available at the time. Due to my husbands continued health issues I’ve made only a few claims considering & only 2 serious claims on myself one got paid another one did not fall under my cover. Very very disappointing overall. Just got another claim on my husband refused. It’s devesdating as we are in crisis situation I’m now temporarily out of work due the stress of his health & financial burden & it’s only going to get worse. Already had to loose his life insurance because of increasing cost 🥲😱.
In fairness when I made a serious claim back 2012 I was helped & supported by Hsf at the time I got the absolute max payout lost my baby son at the time. 29days.

Great service and always there to help. Claims are dealt very efficiently and without deal. The online portal is user friendly and keeps track of all claims. I would highly recommend HSF.

I’ve been with HSF for years (from another provider) and they’ve been great. I spent ages comparing them with other providers. One of the key advantages is that they pay 100% of a claim within annual allowances vs only. They’ve also improved their online set-up with a portal which makes making a claim easier.

They are easy to deal with
They are easy to deal with, straightforward, claims are settled quickly as per agreed terms. The only thing I would ask for is an app where claims and queries can be handled instead of web portal.
