Expert knowledge and in-person support
I wanted to buy an electronic chess game for my grandson's birthday and was recommended to visit Hoyles by staff in Blackwells, which doesn't stock electronic games at all. I hadn't heard of Hoyles before but I will definitely return. I can't fault the advice and support I received and am delighted with the item I bought which I collected in person a couple of weeks later. Thank you Hoyles.

Hi there, we're not sure what's happened here! We don't have any record of the colour request coming through (perhaps it didn't save on your end for some reason?) but we've emailed you separately from info@hoylesoxford.com to try and resolve this for you regardless, so we can send you the the dice you were after. Speak soon I hope! Best wishes, Emily

Great price and convenient delivery options
Great delivery options (Inpost is super helpful being able to collect at my convenience, rather than mess around making sure someone will be in for the postie), and items packaged really well.
Pleasantly surprised with the fair and decent pricing, as other retailers were massively inflating sought after pokemon products above the RRP.
Will definitely buy from again.

Backgammon Set - delivered the next day
I ordered online but got the in-shop feel.
I needed to amend my order a telephoned the store and they were agile enough to repack my order prior to shipping. No hassle, just a nice person on the end of the phone who was very happy to help.
Package arrived the next day with a hand written note wishing me well.
A million times better than Amazon!
