Hoyle's of Oxford Anmeldelser

Swift response to order with updated order information. Products arrived quickly and in good condition. I will shop here again. Good range of stock - not overwhelming, which I appreciate. Easy to navigate website.

Items arrived quickly, very well packaged and all items good quality

Excellent price, reasonable p&p charge with very fast delivery. Chess board was a Rechapados Ferrer Deluxe one which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended, if you are considering a purchase from Hoyles don’t hesitate.

Item as described. Well packaged. Delivered promptly

An excellent shop. We play a lot of games and I would recommend Hoyles to anyone who is looking to buy a game. I have been to the shop in person and ordered online.
Ordering online was easy and despatch was quick. No problems. We needed to exchange part of an order because it was a duplicate gift and this was sorted without difficulty. At the same time I asked for advice on an alternative game and received advice about suitable games for the recipient.
This is a great independent business with knowledgeable staff and excellent service.

I randomly found you on a google search (other search engines are available). I bought the original Mastermind game - the quality was as stated and the delivery was timely too. I will be buying from Hoyle’s again soon!

Excellent online ordering experience and fast delivery. Very happy with our purchase, and I’m looking forward to visiting the shop when next passing through Oxford!

Totally amazing service and beautifully gift wrapped games. Communication was excellent and despite a small hiccup over the Easter weekend, Hoyles went above and beyond to ensure prompt delivery. I thoroughly recommend this wonderful store that not only supplies brilliant games, but also such fantadtic customer service. Thank you so much.

Second purchase in a couple of months. Very good service.

Love this shop - has everything you need in the game front and lovely to have an independent business on the Oxford high street.

Excellent service. Product delivered quickly and packaged with care.
Highly recommended.
Thank you.

An excellent service. I was kept updated about when my order would be ready and the order was quickly found and well packaged when I collected it the next day.

Bought a lovely backgammon travel set for my wife’s birthday from Hoyle’s. It’s good quality and she loved it. Played several times while on the road. The only downside is that the rolled fabric struggles to stay flat. But it’s manageable.

Very helpful staff and great delivery - many thanks.

Thank you for prompt service. I looked everywhere for these cards and no one stocked them apart from you and at a sensible price. Thank you.

Got my delivery very fast, well packed, and exactly as described.

Thank you, items ordered arrived safely and speedily. Website easy to navigate.

Quick delivery

Delivery quick and product is just want I had been hunting for. Very happy.

Ordered a set of wooden chess pieces, unfortunately one of the pawns was broken. Contacted the shop and two new pawns were sent out within a couple of days. Would use again. Thank you.
