Itemdrop Anmeldelser

Item Drop, is a brilliant video game and merch store in Seaton, Devon.

They offer an amazing range on games new and retro and the selection of merch is also fantastic.

The Staff are friendly and helpful too and they have a great online store if not able to visit in person.

Excellent customer service really helpful staff, full of product knowledge, my goods arrived on time, well packaged, really good price too for what I wanted, absolutely over the moon. ✌🏽😎

Good price, fast and free delivery. Recommend.

Always deliver quality, brand new and sealed games. 1st Class, would definitely recommend.

Cheaper than Amazon, really prompt delivery

While there was a delay in shipping, when I phoned they were honest about the issues they were facing and got my order to me with no other problems. Great service.

Good prices and free delivery, order was dispatched quickly and arrived in perfect condition! Would shop here again :)

I'd been looking for ages for an album that was stolen from me/ my room at university when I was 22yrs old. I'm now 65yrs old! I found the one that I was looking for at Item Drop, Sade's Diamond Life (which I took around the world with me on cassette in 1990!) and I also found Wham's The Singles, which I adore being a huge George Michael fan. I couldn't have been more pleased. They were brand new, pristine LPs and the Wham! one is sky blue! They were also reasonably priced for 'vintage' LPs and I'm enjoying them hugely. Thanks, Ilsa & Item Drop!

Great stock. Lovely company to order from. Many thanks!

Speed. Customer services. I ordered item on friday it was in Serbia on Monday, and every second i knew where the package was.

Thank you.

Product was delivered in great condition and within expected timeframe. Packing was better than anywhere else imo. Reasonable price as well.

Very fast, efficient service. The package arrived well packaged and was delivered quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Super speedy service and item as described. Thank you!

Great communication. Free delivery and prompt shipping. Best place for pre-orders as their prices are very competitive. Happy with my purchase. Also, the release calendar on their website is a fantastic resource to keep updated with physical releases.

Website easy to navigate. Service problem free and fast.

Wonderful shop and people.

I regularly pre-order Switch games from Itemdrop, and they always provide excellent choice, service and prices. It’s great to find an online store where you can get a reply from a knowledgeable human instead of going round in circles with a chat bot. Highly recommended for anyone who’s into gaming!

Itemdrop are my favourite place to buy games - the last being Resident Evil Requiem, which was £5 cheaper than anywhere else AND came with the lenticular sleeve. Great prices, fast (and free!) shipping, fantastic loyalty scheme, and the loveliest staff ever - they even contacted me once to say that they'd managed to negotiate a better price on an item I'd preordered, so were refunding me the difference! Totally unexpected, and really made my day. Unlike most smaller videogame retailers, they also keep you informed when a preorder shipping date changes. I'm really glad to be able to support a genuinely small, family-run business in this day and age, too - would much rather purchase here than some bigger companies, and the fact they're usually better-priced makes it an absolute no-brainer. Heartily recommend to everyone.

Very good atention

Easy to communicate with, great service and delivery and a wide range of products.
