I can not recommend this company more! I ordered my hoverboard and kart and it came in good time and for a good price too. My daughter absolutely loves the product and LOVES using it. When we came to charge for the first time it wouldn’t work. I contacted the company and they emailed me instructions to show them the problem - very helpful in the current climate and very efficient. In 24hrs they had replied and sent me a prepaid dpd return. I returned the hoverboard on the Monday and it was fixed and returned by the Wednesday! Fantastic service, fantastic product. Thank you. I never normally leave reviews but I was really impressed with the service provided and how helpful the chat department were.

I went on the chat and spoke with Claire who was so extremely helpful in deciding which board and kart to pick. Just got a monster board - it's amazing,very strong, sturdy and fun! Had an initial problem with calibrating it, got in touch with company who immediately called me back and they sorted the job, with follow up emails to check we were ok and happy. Superb - if only all companies produced products to this level and had such great customer service. Plus my 9 year old is dead chuffed!
