Ordered a hovercart before Christmas, despite the obvious problems being experienced by all international shippers it arrived in time. My son loves it but we had a problem charging it after a few weeks. Contacted Laura, she arranged for it to be collected, repaired and return, all within 7 days. Superb customer service!! Many retail outlets are falling by the wayside for many reasons, but indifferent customer service is one of them (Debenhams!!). It doesn't take too much effort to make you stand out from the current sea of mediocrity, but Hoverboards.co.uk stands out!! Seriously impressed and thoroughly recommend!!

Excellent service and an excellent hoverboard. I contacted via messages on their website to see how likely, an order that wasnt guaranteed before Christmas, it was that we would actually get it before Christmas. I was told to message back on 18th Dec and they could update me then. I had already made up my mind that it wouldnt arrive but decided i wanted to wait for a better board from this company than buy a 'guaranteed' one for my girls to open Christmas day, so i ordered two. On 19th i messaged to see how likely it was that it would be delivered, i was told if i upgraded to a different colour i would get it on 22nd Dec. I agreed and then asked how much extra i would have to pay and i wasnt charged for the extra £20 per board! It literally made me day, my week even! The boards arrived on 20th! My over joyed girls opened them on Christmas day, they are fantastic, the battery is great, takes about 2 hours to charge but my girls are on and off them all day in the house whizzing round! (We have wooden floors) I am so pleased i went with this compnay, i will definitely recommend to anyone, and i am soo soo thankful!

The customer service provided by Laura and the team (before and after delivery) is second to none. They were knowledgable and helpful when I ordered two hoverboards and karts for my son and daughter. The boards arrived ahead of schedule, and Laura was incredibly responsive when I contacted her with a query a few weeks after delivery. I would recommend without hesitation. Many thanks!

Superb quality and service, with over 2 hrs running time I've a very happy girl. Also having someone knowledgeable on the end of the telephone to discuss the best version and answer delivery etc is welcome

Fantastic company! I ordered 2 hoverboard bundles on Monday and they arrived Wednesday.
One of my children damaged a part on his first ride so we phoned to buy a replacement part and the customer service was outstanding. We very much appreciated Sam and Laura’s help.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Despite all of the challenges for businesses during the COVID pandemic Hoverboards.co.uk went the extra mile to make sure we received our order for our daughters Xmas gift.

I feel compelled to write a review for the customer service that has been received during the buying process and after sales. All the team have been amazing to deal with and quite frankly i have never received such good service. Even today on boxing day when an issue arose, I sent an email and it was responded to in 5 minutes with all issues resolved. Thank you Hoverboards.co.uk, your service is amazing. Keep it up.

Refund of unwanted item. I emailed the team, they gave clear instructions of how to send my parcel to the returns address. (In original box and packaging)
I used Hermes. I got an email from the team confirming my refund with days of receipt.

Ordered a Christmas present. I ordered early as was concerned there may be shipping hold-ups. Whilst the delivery date did move a couple of times they kept me up to date, online chat was completely on the ball. The present has arrived in good time for Christmas as promised and is charged ready for the big day. With so many promises being broken because unfortunately, shops can't deliver it's a nice change to experience one that does!

We ordered a board and kart bundle back in October. It is our grandchildren's Xmas present. We were worried about all the media coverage regarding import delays etc. Sam and Laura kept us updated and everything arrived exactly when they promised. They responded quickly to our emails.
The board and kart are fabulous. Thanks to all. I did my research and thought I'd picked the best. Now I know I did. Happy to recommend.

Great service all round, I bought a hover board with kart bundle in 2019 for my Son as a Christmas present. Delivery was prompt and product fab. He was a tall 7 year old at the time and we were concerned he may be too young but no he took to it instantly and found it easy to control. One year on and he still has great fun! The reason I’m only reviewing now is that I needed to purchase new straps and a front wheel for the kart, the latter was not listed on their website however having contacted them on their support email I received a full response in minutes and a link to pay - seamless and stress free, my son will be overjoyed to be able to play on his hover board once again. Great service all round and a real fun product for both children and adults!

I'm currently in the process of buying a hoverboard for my daughter and the customer service from Hoverboards.co.uk is second to none. Laura has answered my questions really promptly, even though they were all sent after hours, and it gives me great confidence that this is the right place to buy.

Looking to buy hoverboards and it's a minefield. Happy with these guys so far, used the Chat facility which gives you a warm fuzzy as you're clearly dealing with someone who understands the product and is keen to assist. Claire was my chat partner and she did a great job. This is only a review for the ordering process. I'll update when we get the gear!

Great fast response, even at 11pm at night, I wanted a bundle offer that wasn’t showing on their web page so did the live chat and they did the bundle in the colour I requested, I look forward to receiving the hoverboard and kart for my boys Christmas present.

Great company to work with. We have had our Hoverboard for a little while now and my 12 year old son has never been off it and we have never had a problem. I would recommend this company to anyone. Fast, professional service and excellent after sales service as well.

Excellent customer services. I was required to cancel my order a few hours after placing it (due to a home emergency) and panicked about how long it would take to get a refund. Laura was immediately in touch and refunded immediately which I am grateful for. Hope I will put my order back in over the coming weeks and certainly this is where I will come.
