Spend your money on another brand.
I brought a stir it up lux with wifi speakers, it looks great with the Bamboo wood finish deck and speakers but connecting the speakers to the deck and each other is a bit of a pain, and to be completly honest the sound quality is quite poor, I am disapointed I wanted something in this price range that looked good and sounded ok, but I will be replacing it as the sound is so poor. I did contact House of Marley customer support but they were of no help after I compiled a ton of information for them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The headphones I bought don't even turn on. 80 dollars for a piece of scrap. Straight into the trash, I let them keep the money since they clearly need it for their company to stay afloat. Fuckk house of Marley. Go to skull candy.
Really Helpful Customer Service
I've been using their products since 2019. I had their larger speaker, ear buds x2, and their mini speaker. The large speaker has just started having issues re-charging after 6 years.
I reached out to the customer support for a new battery who (whilst taking a while) offered me a new speaker at a reduced rate, over a battery replacement.
I've always been happy and impressed by this brand and their ethos. Much more ethical and personal than other large brands like Sony.
Unreliable both in quality and customer service

The first time we assumed it was a one‑off fault, but it’s now obvious this company is unreliable.
These replacements were ordered after another set broke only a few months after purchase, so this is now a repeated pattern of poor quality.
Their customer service has also been disappointing. Both their social media and email support have been completely unresponsive, despite multiple messages sent over several days.
Kein Ersatz für Kaputte wahre nach fast 1 Jahr mühsamen Versuchens.
Ich habe für 200€ in ears (redemption) mit Ladegerät gekauft. Da hat einfach irgendwann der linke Kopfhörer nicht mehr funktioniert. Sie sagten es gibt kein Geld zurück, keine Reparatu und keinen Ersatz obwohl sie welche hatten (Begründung der DE Store hat keine mehr und nichts mit dem EN Store zu tun die welche gehabt hätten). Ich kann mir nur andere raussuchen. Gibt nur keine in der Preisklasse also habe ich nach Monaten hin und her Geschreibe, 2x Champion genommen. Beide Ladecases der Champion sind aber kaputt (laden die Kopfhörer nicht). Jetzt kommt die Nachricht die Garantie ist abgelaufen und als Geste des guten Willens bekomme ich einen Gutschein mit 30%.

Was gifted a turntable with speakers…
Was gifted a turntable with speakers for Christmas, the lid was broken, took about 3 weeks of emailing for them to ask us to return the item so they can send a replacement unit. Returned the item, no emails, weeks went by, no follow up on return, then I came home one day and one was on our doorstep, no notification of shipping, no tracking.
Opened this one and seemed OK, however the main turntable mechanism is so wobbly and loose. Cannot listen to anything that holds a, note for too long as the sound wobbles. Visibly the deck is all over the place, I assume there is a, problem with the belt. Again emails take forever and the offered another replacement, not a refund. I don't like how this company treats it's customers and makes everything do long winded. Overall, not a great item for the price, poor service, poor communication. Avoid if you can, there are other companies that would appreciate your money.

und leider gibt es keine Ersatzbezüge was absolut schwach ist, schlechte billige Qualität

It's a real shame as the product looks good but the customer service is non existent which is a big red flag. Details are missing on the descriptions and they are impossible to get hold of. I would not recommend them.

Returned a faulty item, and despite sending proof of delivery they said it hasn't turned up and are not replying to emails.

Bought my son an all in one record player for Christmas.
Set it up as per instructions and no sound from the built in speakers. I could stream via Bluetooth and get good sound which proved there was an internal issue. I also noted a very wobbly turntable.
I emailed customer services (who are as much use as a chocolate teapot) and they sent me a list of things to try or to check, none of which were relevant to my model. Then I had to send a video of the issue and the relevant model info. Finally I got an email asking if I wanted a replacement etc. I asked for a refund and the return details.
I sent the item off, saw that it had been delivered but no confirmation. I emailed twice to ask for confirmation of delivery, in the final email I quoted their returns policy at them and within 30 minutes my refund was sorted but no apology, just a generic “order cancelled refund issued” sent from a different email address which I found in my spam.
Each email took about 4-7 days to get a response! Shocking customer service.
I’d give zero stars if I could…
I was gifted a House of Marley record player for my birthday in April. Everything seemed fine at first, but by October it started playing records slowly (and no, this had nothing to do with the speed settings).
I contacted customer service and was met with an extremely frustrating process. Responses took at least three days each time, every reply came from a different person, and I had to repeatedly explain the issue. I was asked to provide video evidence, which I did, and was then told to return the record player.
Because the product was over six months old, I was required to pay out of pocket to return a clearly faulty item. House of Marley received the record player on 9th December. It is now 26th January, and I have heard absolutely nothing about a repair, replacement, or refund.
When I chase them, I only receive vague apologies for the delay. The last email I received was a generic “Merry Christmas” message, which makes it obvious they are sending out blanket responses rather than actually dealing with my case.
At this point, I’ve had no choice but to buy a new record player from another brand. I genuinely don’t believe House of Marley has any intention of resolving this issue. They are currently holding my property with no communication or resolution, which feels completely unacceptable.
Very disappointing customer service and warranty support. I would not recommend purchasing from House of Marley.
Arrived damaged
Arrived damaged. Tried to call and contact customer service but just got run around and ignored. Lucky i paid through paypal and was able to get money back. BEWARE!!!!!

Broken product arrived 4 weeks ago. Emailed 5+ times and one reply asking for information I'd already sent and then no reply again. Annoying... Still hoping they reply asap, but feeling less confident every week that we will get tour money back at all.
Non-existent customer service
Took forever to get a response regarding a faulty revolution turntable. Item arrived with the low quality plastic hinge broken.
After chasing a response several times over email, they eventually came back to me and said they don’t have spare parts. The hinge is affixed with two screws and could be an easy fix, but this company couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. Non-existent customer service.
The only consistency here is that the service was as bad as the product.
Update: I continued to push this only to be met with sarcastic and passive aggressive responses. When I told them I was resolving the issue with the retailer they straight up stopped responding. Laughable.

AVOID this scam company. Sent me a defective vinyl player with the turntable wobbling up and down making a scraping noise while playing a record. Customer services refuse to replace as the player is now out of stock for 3 months, no refund given and apparently as there is music coming out the player is "fine"!! Never mind the damage it will do to records. Really disappointed as this was my teen daughters Christmas gift. Shocking company and wish I had looked at the other reviews before buying, I just trusted the brand name. Now seeking a refund through my bank. Just to add, they have disabled negative reviews on their website - likely to make sure reviews like mine aren't seen

Avoid at all costs. Very similar experience to several other people on here. Returned an item, got a confirmation that my order was to be refunded 3 weeks ago and still no cash back 😡 have passed this on to my bank to recover my money and the people trading off this legends name should be shut down ASAP
Bought a Marley Get Together 2 speaker…
Bought a Marley Get Together 2 speaker from Fop Records two years ago. Barely used it in that time, maybe charged it a total of ten times. Now, I try to charge it and it just stays on red light. What a waste of money. Utter junk. So what do I do, waste even more money buying a 15 volt dc power lead, or a usb to usb c lead and try charging it from a PC, or waste money taking it to a shop to get a new battery for it. If anything, the crap quality of the product explains why Fop always have them at half rrp.
