Tracking doesn’t work, send two emails plus used their own online form with no response.
Looks like I need to write this order off and lose the money!
Useless company, don’t trust them or buy anything from them.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Marketed to look like a British Brand, but just a front for a warehouse in the Far East. "Leather" bag is cheap plastic, "embroidered" dress has not a stitch of embroidery on it (just a cheap print). You have to pay return shipping to China, despite (unenforceable) British consumer law saying that 'not as described' should entitle you to a cost-free return and refund. Cheap and nasty fabrics and products - not as described. No free returns. Avoid like the plague!!

Ordered a dress and despite emails everyday saying it is ready for shipping and a Royal Mail tracking reference, no sign of this dress ever leaving their so called shipping department.

Do not order from this company. Wish I'd checked reviews before placing an order. Numerous emails from them saying order on the way but never received.

Absolutely scam. My husband placed an order which has never arrived, despite their tracking saying it has. I have tried to get in touch with them, but emails are bouncing back and there is no phone number.

I ordered a maxi dress from this website in two different sizes initially believing this was a UK based company but it is not. The item I believe has been shipped from China.
When the dresses arrived they do not look like the version on the website at all - the actualy products were shorter, made of awful cheap material which did not match the colourway option I had chosen and the material had a white reverse which looked awful. I am starting the return to process to return both items I never even tried them on as I saw straight away when I opened the parcel that I would not wish to keep either dress. I won't be using this website again as I feel they are sending out items that are not the same as the pictures shown of products on the website and I feel this is misleading.

Scammers avoid take your money don't deliver and no reply to complaint

Order (a dress) took a very long time to arrive. When it did the item was absolutely awful - very cheap rubbish material and far, far too big so completely unwearable. I asked for return address and was told that items have to be returned to overseas warehouse in Asia and would typically cost £30. Offered as alternative 50% store credit or 10% refund of order value.

It's nearly impossible to return to this company. They are misleading in their claims of being a US company. Clothes were not quality!!

This company is a fake. Its website shows it with a UK shop front and base. This is a lie. They are based overseas. Returns are not possible. The trousers I bought were very poor quality and design, not as shown in their advertising. It took weeks for them to arrive, not days as it states on their website, because they are being shipped from China. They should be taken to court for false advertising. AVOID.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. A SCAM! Rubbish low quality goods with no real return policy. No UK shop. Come from China. Do not waste your money!

Can confirm this is a scam. Company presents as British but is China based. No parcel received and now going through Bank for refund. Usually do my homework so.....complaint sent to Marlow York but no replies

This is a scam they do not include a returns label.

The then try to make you keep the item with 10% off. The quality is not good and I would not deal with them

They must be reported to consumer rights

Item not as advertised and returns are so difficult it's not worth the hastle.
This company should not be allowed to sell in the UK. Avoid them.

Returned 2 horrible orange bags at a cost of £30 postage, Seller was very difficult to get a hold of .
Paypal stepped in and I received my refund for goods.
Do NOT buy from this website it will cost you a fortune and the items were Not as described .

I ordered £206.00 worth of clothing as they looked nice on the website.
After 2.5 to 3 weeks they arrived. The clothes were synthetic fabrics, poor quality and poor workmanship. I complained and had a short time to return to get the refund. As they had a refund policy. I had to return to China. It cost me 96.00 pounds.
I still have not received any correspondence from this scam and sham company.
My parcel only took 5 days to get back to them.
They said to me they would have to check with the factory to see if returns were received undamaged.
I never wore the clothes. I hated the clothes.
It has been 3 weeks since I returned the parcel and I have heard nothing.
DO NOT BUY from these scammers. It makes you think they are a UK company but they are not.
Learn from my mistake and save money.

Advertised as leather bag, it was plastic, horrible item, when I complained, I can send it back to China, where did the York come into it? Also email address was co.uk. Total rubbish, don’t buy from them!

THE WORST IS THAT THEY PRETEND TO BE A BRITISH BRAND, THEY EVEN PUT ON THEIR WEB AS THEY ARE HIGH STREET BRITISH BRAND. WHAT A FRAUD AND A JOKE!!! I THE ITEMS ARRIVED IN 3 WEEKS WHERE AS IN THE WEB SAYS NO LONGER THAN 10 DAYS. ASKED FOR MONEY BACK ACCORDING TO CONSUMER PROTECTION FROM UNFAIR TRADING REGULATIONS 2008 AND A BREACH OF CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMERS RIGHTS ACT 2015, THEY OFFERED ME INITIALLY 25% AND WHEN I REJECT THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING AT ALL. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES. THE BIGGEST THIEFS AND FRAUDSTERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!

Similar to the other reviews - ordered a "leather" tote bag. What turned up - eventually, it was shipped from China - was a shiny, PVC bag that looked nothing like the photo and was hideous, cheap and a weird orangey brown colour. Absolute tat. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a bag described as leather..
After a 3 week wait for delivery, during which time i got emails from Marlowyork.co.uk apologising for delay in delivery time. Reason given ‘busy period with back log of orders’. No that delivery was from China
I emailed to complain about quality of bag and that it was plastic not leather. Told i could return it and pay postage or get a refund of £7 and keep the bag
So i would be paying £30 for a poorly made plastic bag. I declined and requested full refund and they can pay postage. Not heard from them since
