POOR QUALITY - NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID MARLOWE&CO
Bought 2 pairs of flares - they are very poor quality and fit. Nothing like the images on the website, eg they have an elasticated waist whereas the images had button-fastened top.
Tried to return the items and contacted the customer service team 8 times over the past 2 weeks with no response.
I can see the reviews below all have a similar experience.
I ordered from Marlowe & Co. and was shocked by the poor quality of the product — it looked and felt nothing like what was advertised. When I tried to return it, I was met with complete silence. I’ve contacted the company nine times requesting a return code and have received no response at all.
This level of customer service is appalling. It’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I strongly advise others to avoid buying anything from Marlowe & Co.
It’s a scam.

I ordered 3 x "Maximo - Cashmere Sweaters” ref #1680 Red, Navy & Cobalt all ‘Medium’, delivered successfully to my address (below).
I am very concerned about the following:
1. Cashmere is a fabric that must be treated/washed with care yet there are no labels or washing instructions - very suspect.
2. I tried one on to see the fit and although the packing said 'M' for medium it was so tight it should be 'S' for small--- and I'm a modest sized guy considered small to medium. So no use to me at all. All (3) were marked ‘M’ on their bags.
3. On showing it to my partner she said "That's definitely NOT Cashmere - you've been mis-led; send them back!"
The material doesn't feel like Cashmere, perhaps a blend? But that should be stated; then on closer inspection we see there is a tiny evidence of a label that was sewn in and then cut-off. I opened the other two packs and the same - no labels, all removed.
You can imagine I'm not happy.
[No reply received so I didn't risk the postage cost of the return.]
Fake from China. Items poor quality knock offs of children size with some items undelivered. Quality so poor it’s better they be thrown in the bin
Scam!
They sent clothing of exceptionally poor quality from China which looked nothing like to products I ordered. They promised a refund which never materialised. American Express are now handling a dispute on my behalf. If you aren't happy with something, they expect you to pay to ship back to China. Total scam!
I fell for their sob story about how it is a family owned business from Manchester, UK and they have to shut down. I bought 2 t-shirts and a jacket for my husband. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive with no updates whatsoever. (I later found out they’re a company from somewhere in Asia not MCR, UK).
When it did arrive the quality was absolutely terrible. The jacket was nothing like in the picture and was far too small even thought I had originally sized up.
I contacted them to start a refund/return process and they asked if I’d be willing to do a partial refund as they’re trying to be more environmentally friendly and would rather me just keep the products. I’m always up for a more green initiative however the refund never came. Emailed them so many times with no response. I am currently now disputing this payment with my bank.
This company is a complete scam and I would never recommend it unless you like losing your money 😪
complete scam. put up fake sob stories on instagram to try and gain sympathy buys then they run off with your money.
their customer service email can also never be delivered so no chance of a resolution.
save yourself a headache and avoid
Item arrived a month later from a cheap generic Chinese factory and resembled nothing of the pictures on the website. Horrendous. When asked for a refund, they told me I needed to ship it back to China at my own cost, which comes to almost the amount of the jacket. Don't waste your money.
SCAM! AVOID AVOID- impersonification of a shop with fake clothes. I'm disputing the credit charge with my bank.
