Appalling company received a speaker system which doesn't connect tried to reach out but no response from company. Please do not waste your money
Terrible customer service
I bought this turntable for my boyfriend for Christmas which he was over the moon with. When we opened it up, we noticed it had turned up damaged with the cover snapped off the hinges. I’ve tried to contact customer services a few times now and I’ve had no response and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing as I see no sign of me getting a refund, a new turntable being sent out or even a response. Very disappointed!
Nightmare experience
Unit didn't work.
Customer service responded to my first message after several days with advice on how to 'fix' the problem, none of which worked and some of which were not relevant to the product i'd bought. I requested a return and refund and have received no response whatsoever. I now have no way to return it (no labels etc) until someone responds to my emails but no one is doing so. No phone number to call either.

Avoid this company . Wish I would of read these reviews before purchasing. Faulty Christmas present emails and videos sent showing distorted sound, speaker output distorted, request an exchange, just no reply. Very upset Son with a Christmas present which doesn't work.
Surprisingly great sound quality.
Surprisingly great sound quality comes from the Rise-UP turntable's built-in speaker. It's easy to set up, and the Bluetooth feature is amazing! It was a Christmas gift for my partner, delivery was good. My partner adores it, he has had much contentment enjoying his vinyl collection again!

Great piece of kit. Looks stylish and compact. Son loved it for Christmas. Well packaged and delivered promptly.
Very poor experience
Very poor experience. I reported that my order (placed 30/11/25) was not received and that the delivery photo clearly shows it was left at the wrong address. Despite contacting customer support over ten times, I have received nothing but the same automated response stating the item was “delivered”, with no investigation or resolution.
This was a Christmas gift for my father, and due to the complete lack of customer service, the matter remains unresolved and time has now run out. Sending a feedback survey while still failing to respond or take ownership of a misdelivery is extremely disappointing.
At this stage, I still have no item, no refund, and no meaningful response.
Avoid
Avoid. Absolutely crazy. Keep on asking for reviews. Unlike your service this time you get what you ask for. Ordered 30/11/2025, parcel is lost, initially they replied nothing for a week now. Refund time.
⭐ 1 star – Faulty product, return confirmed, no refund
I purchased a Revolution BT turntable and speakers as a gift. The product was faulty on first use (one speaker output was distorted). I contacted House of Marley immediately and provided video evidence as requested.
I was instructed to return the full unit using their own Evri return label, which I did promptly. Tracking confirms the return was delivered to their warehouse on 12 December.
House of Marley then confirmed in writing that I would receive a refund within 3–5 working days. As of 19 December, I have received no refund, no replacement, and no further communication.
Very disappointing customer service, especially given the item was faulty from day one and was returned exactly as instructed. I am now having to pursue a chargeback through my bank to recover the money.

I invested £253.94 on the 14th November (5 weeks ago) to date not received anything. It was a Christmas present for my partner, and now I can't even afford to buy him his dream, a turntable...
There is no number to call them.
The customer service is appalling.
The EVRI details are not working, and Evri state not registered with them. They have tried to say I refused a parcel that has NEVER been delivered.

Purchased a turntable and returned it unopened after reading mixed reviews about quality.
Seller acknowledged receipt of return and issued a refund at the beginning of November stating it could take up to 30 days ?
Its now passed that and they have informed me its "still under investigation " and wishing me a merry Xmas?

Missing Delivery

Their Own Discount Code Invalid, What Customer Service?
I ordered a turntable on line and as soon as you look at the web site a 10% first order discount is offered. I was sent the promo code, however when I put the details in the checkout page the code was invalid. One star deducted.
I carried on and ordered the item and it arrived within 4 days.
I took of another star off as i messaged the customer service to ask a general question and never received a reply.
Had I read the reviews first I would have ordered via Amazon as the item was the same price.
Opaque and misleading pricing
I have purchased a few items from House of Marley over the last few years. I have in the past been pleased with the products and been charged the price quoted on the website. This year I bought an item during the Black Friday offer period and have been enormously disappointed with the experience. I preordered an item in November 2025 at £69.99 to find that when it arrived VAT had not been included in the advertised price and a further £14 were charged to me. I tried querying this with customer services. They used delaying tactics, asking me a number of different questions which I know they had answers to, and then ghosted me. Previously I had been an advocate of House of Marley, but this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company and I would encourage potential customers to be wary of what is being promised. Most of all, do not expect a meaningful response to any concerns you raise from their customer services team.

I like many have not received my item within the stated time frame. Cannot reach the company - no phone number on website and they do not, as suggested, respond to emails. Extremely disappointed! Even asked for a review for an item I have not received! So here you are...... 1 star ya rasclot! And even that is generous... Good job I paid with PayPal - chargeback on the way - Merry Christmas! Don't bother
Ordered a product 2 weeks ago and haven't received it. The tracking information I've been given doesn't work and to top it off the contact number they provide doesn't exist and they never respond to emails or messages on their social media.
Waste of money as I doubt I'll get a refund when there is nobody to speak to about the issue.

I ordered a turntable for my daughter's birthday. We could have bought via Amazon, but thought we'd go direct to House of Marley.
I got an invoice saying the product had been dispatched, and then deafening silence. It should have taken 3-5 days, but 10 days later, nothing. There is no telephone number to ring them on and they have not replied to my emails. Maybe it will arrive, maybe it won't - who can tell. They have emailed me twice asking me to rate my experience, though. So here I am

Do not send items and impossible to contact and when you do get a reply its automated and you have to wait 2 days between replies I'm fighting the impossible at the moment trying to get either my items or money back
