This is different level charcoal. 5⭐️
Best charcoal ever used.
Very little smoke and easy lighting. 🔥
No spitting coals or excessive dust.
Cooked meat perfectly and was a real game changer for us.
I will certainly never buy an inferior charcoal again and will let every other bbq pal know this is the way to go with HOC. 👏

Whilst we have no control over Shop, we have not heard of this issue before and will investigate. Free delivery is triggered at a product purchase level of £70 and as you spent £69, therefore it did not qualify I am afraid.
On reaching out with a complaint, we have no record across any of our channels of any correspondence from you and would welcome a quick catch up to talk this through. It's important to us that all customer queries are responded to and resolved promptly, and we apologise if you felt let down by your experience.
