From having problem on original ordering due to internet problem, re ordered on a Thursday and the radiator arrived on the Monday morning, absolutely delighted by the ordering and the delivery of goods in perfect condition.

I’ve still not received my goods or a…
I’ve still not received my goods or a refund over 10 days now and clearly the DX have damaged them yet the company (China based - I had no idea they were non U.K.), messing about and holding off refunding which contravenes U.K. Teading Laws.
Don go near these guys, avoid at all costs.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
I can see that your order was placed on 10/06 and dispatched on the next working day, 11/06.
On 16/06, you contacted us regarding the delivery, and we immediately raised an investigation with the courier.
On 18/06, the courier advised us that one of the two items had been damaged in transit. At that point, we offered you two options: to accept delivery of the undamaged item while we arranged a replacement for the damaged one, or to have both items returned to us for a full refund.
You chose to proceed with a full refund. Once the returned items were received and confirmed back with us on 22/06, your refund was processed.
Throughout this process, our team worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we must also point out that some of the communication directed towards our staff was abusive. While we appreciate that delivery issues can be frustrating, we do not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our team.
Finally, we would like to clarify that HotRadiators is a UK based business operating from Lincolnshire. Our registered business address is clearly displayed on our website, and all orders are dispatched from our UK warehouses in Lincolnshire.

Highly recommend
The range of radiators was good to see and we were able to purchase a range of sizes to suit our needs. The ordering process was simple online and the communication through to delivery was seamless. A great online experience and great quality rads which were really happy with. Would use again and would definitely recommend to others!

Only opened the box for one radiator, quality looks very good and the price was very reasonable compared to other websites. Time will tell if they perform and last as long as thier warranty of 20 years!!!
