Hoops + Chains LDN Anmeldelser

Friendly, funky company with great products and good, personable customer service.

I bought the hell yes f@&k no necklaces for my besties! They went down a storm! They all LOVED them! The service was great! Thanks so much x

Great buying experience - delivered on time, product was perfect, my friend loved it.

Did not receive my order. They just ignore my emails

If I could give zero, I would.

*update: The Hoops + Chains have responded to the charge back and contested the dispute even though i have all the emails from them stating i haven’t received my order and its now out of stock but still wont refund me

No offense, but this company is a joke. They ignored every single message I sent since the 5/8/25, when the emailed me to tell me the chain was sent back to them from customs, I replied and they only acknowledged me after I filed a chargeback on 18/8/25. As of the 4/9/25 I still have not received my refund.

Save yourself the headache. Absolute joke of a company and zero customer service

Order the 21/7/25 still haven’t received the chain. They ignored every single message I sent since the 5/8/25, and only acknowledged me after I filed a chargeback on 18/8/25 (two days ago).

Great quality, love it!

Brilliant product, great quality, fast deliver….perfect

Flawless customer service.
Great quality products 👌🏽

I bought a necklace & earrings for myself, & a charm for a birthday gift. Really lovely quality items at great prices. The charm had a bit of a quality issue on one side, but this was quickly replaced after contacting them by email. Replacement was perfect. Great selection of unique jewellery, had to stop myself buying more tbh...well until next pay day. Thanks.

Item not received and no response from the customer service e-mails or DM's on Instagram. Also no response from direct messages on their website.
Would give them zero if I could. They have my money and are uncontatable.
They delete comments on FB, so they have someone available for that. Shocking.

The earrings I bought are all so loose that they just fall off when I'm sitting still. I've emailed about it and haven't heard back. I've paid over £80 for 3 pairs of earrings I can't wear.

Super fast delivery, and love my 100mg fuckit pill.

Super fast delivery and amazing necklace. Love it

Love love love everything I’ve ordered. Several chains, pendants, charms and earrings. All great quality and always get comments and compliments when wearing them.

Their jewellery and charms are great quality and their customer service is brilliant. They were very helpful when I had a query and went above and beyond to resolve it. Love buying from small brands. Definitely recommend

Fabulous necklace for my daughter’s 18th - she loves it!

Love my necklaces.
I had a small problem but was sent a replacement in less than 24 hours. My first shop but will definitely be back.
Great customer service 🙂🙂

Absolutely LOVE my haul from hoops and chains! I actually lost one of my earings almost as soon as I'd received them and emailed to ask if I could buy a singular one to make a pair again, they emailed back straight away saying they had put one in the post for me. Goes to show the personal experience you get from a smaller company. Will definitely recommend and order again for myself too 💖

I absolutely love my necklace! It’s unique and last me for so very long! I am very sensitive and do get allergic reactions often but not with this little perfect necklace!
It’s a must have!
Thank u
