Hoops + Chains LDN Anmeldelser

I Love the jewlery from Hoops+chains❤️ shipping is fast and easy.
Highly recomend👌

Great product, faster shipping than I thought, and I can't wait to order again!

I'm in LOVE with my Rhi Rhi Hoops. They are exactly the right size and weight for maximum LDN girl style and comfort.

I then recently purchased another set of different earrings, where there was a very small manufacturing error. I messaged the H+C team, same day the gorjus Scarlett got back to me sorting my issue out immediately with no fuss or struggle.

Will definitely be ordering from these guys again and telling my mates. Thank you so much!! 💪😁 Xxx

I absolutely love this company, i buy from them all the time. I always wear their jewellery x

Decent quality & very attractive necklace

My second time buying from Hoops & Chains and I love it! Such cool pieces at decent prices with super fast shipping. What’s not to love?! 🫶🏽

Am suspicious as more money been taken out account twice than the final cost of purchase. This wasn't a huge amount but lets be honest who goes back again and again to check small amounts being debited? I realise sometimes card authorisation amount is taken out, but this was twice, I've queried it and no response so its not making me feel reassured...

Excellent as always. Fast shipping and great products. Downside tax shipping to France but not a major problem but bear that in mind if ordering from abroad. Highly recommend 🤍

The stuff is fine, the customer service is not. They almost never respond, the shipping takes forever (still waiting on shipping, trying to cancel my order now). It used to be great, now it’s not so don’t buy.

Absolutely love my necklace. Quick delivery and lovely packaging. Thank you

Love this jewellery finished my festival outfit off amazing highly recommend good quality and I will definitely be purchasing more.

I had ordered the Spinner Chain/Earring offer but when I received it and put the chain on, it fell off within minutes as the clasp had broke off. I have a few chains from H+C and this is the first time this has happened. I was very disappointed.

Very efficient delivery and everything exactly as pictured

Great service, love the product and speedy delivery. Well done hoops & chains

The delivery is always quick. The packaging is really nice. The jewellery is amazing; great quality and looks fabulous. I have pieces I have been wearing daily, including in the shower, swimming, and even in the sauna, and they still look great after over a year. I’m never disappointed. My only issue is I already own most of the pieces they sell, but as soon as they create new pieces, I will buy again.

Ooh it's Mystery Bag time! It's almost as exciting as waiting for Santa!
Of course Royal Mail made the wait longer but the gorgeous jewellery made up for it!

Adore the products. Just what I’ve been searching for. My spinner necklace is complimented every time I wear it

I have ordered from this company twice
The first time the order didn’t arrive and after A LOT of emails they finally did deliver it. The second time - still nothing has arrived. Emails ignored, DMs on Instagram ignored - etc
Very frustrating

Bought a chain for my wife. Chain arrived utterly entangled so could not be used. Arranged return, seller very responsive and sent tracked shipping label to me. Item received by seller but then they did not refund me and ignored my emails.

Chargeback on credit card triggered mandatory refund but this should not need to happen.
