Hoops + Chains LDN Anmeldelser

They have the best chains ever. Thank you

Great product. Quick delivery. Excellent value.

Firstly, I love my new mini joy hoops, they're so cute and I've had lots of compliments on them so far! Secondly, I'd like to mention H+C's brilliant customer service as I had a problem with the first set of earrings I ordered and they kindly accommodated for me, then after an issue with Royal Mail, they were absolute legends and rectified the other problem when they didn't have to. Proper gems, love this company and love supporting female led businesses <3

I ordered a product in a wrong size completely my own fault and hoops and chains went out of their way to swap my product for a different one. The customer service was brilliant and I got my new item really quickly. Such lovely quality items.

Got my two chains in the post today. Eagerly awaiting their arrival and they have NOT disappointed me! Old skool rave necklace and a charm necklace. Fully enjoying wearing them both. I will be back for more!!!!

I have bought many items from this company. Their waterproof gold plating actually is, unlike a lot of brands and they have great customer service.

Fantastic and quickly sorted out my problem

Absolute STUNNING jewellery. I feel like I’m wearing art with every single piece! Very well made. I literally wear my items daily (all day every day) and they still look new!! I’ve had sooo many compliments! And can we please give a round of applause for the customer services! Quick delivery, personable, friendly also went out of there for me with a problem I had that had nothing to do with them! Hoops and chains are my absolute favourite shop full stop! My go to for unique pieces. If I could give another 10 stars I would.

Love H&C. Never disappointed with the quality and always stylish. And service/delivery totally smooth. Highly recommend

Really fast delivery and the necklace is great quality! Will definitely be buying from Hoops and Chains again soon

Great customer service

I love this company so much - love the chains I bought they look amazing and the customer service is 5* when I had a small issue with a previous order they fixed it and replaced it right away. I can’t recommend them any higher they are the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well made necklace that was delivered quickly. I get loads of compliments for it; very tempted to see if I can get away wearing it at work ;)

Everything iv ever ordered looks amazing, the quality is 👌🏻 and it always looks just like it does on the website ! Delivery is also super quick. 10/10

I love love love your brand! The earrings and necklaces are perfect. The quality is great! Very happy with it!
One more thing for people buying outside the UK. You'll have to pay for customs. They are additional. But absolutely worth it!

I purchased earrings and a necklace and they are fab!!!! Look great, good quality, I love them!!! Will definitely be ordering more

My order arrived quickly, and I love it! Emailed about an issue that was resolved so quickly and efficiently - props to Scarlett! and tyvm.
Amazing quality, awesome jewellery, I WILL be buying again. Try and stop me lol!!

Love this business! Their range is great, and delivery was quick. Emailed with an issue about my order; their response was fast, and everything was resolved brilliantly. Would definitely buy from Hoops + Chains again. Thank you!!

I placed an order worth $200AUD 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I just sent my third email requesting an update as I haven’t had a reply to the first two. I’ll be raising the issue with a third party if I don’t get a reply.
