Super autonomie. Qques soucis pour la mise route de l’application mais Hooki. Support est particulièrement efficace et très claire en réponse aux problèmes dans les questions posées et surtout répond dans les 48 heures maxi. Je donnerais un 10 sur 10 à l’assistance du Support Hooki

It handles my mid-size lawn without a problem. Now it's just a normal part of my weekly routine.

It's great for general upkeep and saves me a lot of time, though I still handle the very tricky bits myself.

Mowing used to be such a pain, but now I enjoy seeing my lawn looking neat all the time - it's made a big difference.

My Neomow X Pro is doing a fantastic job! The cut is neat, and it handles my bumpy, complicated lawn without any fuss.

I wasn't sure a robot mower would be much help, but this one has been great. It saves me a good chunk of time every week!

This robot gets most of the lawn done just right! I still have to trim a few tight spots by hand, but overalsl, I'm pleased with it.

Dieser Mähroboter ist das schlechteste was mir bis jetzt untergekommen ist. Nach 9 Monaten total Ausfall er mäht nicht mehr. Weder OTTO noch der Verkäufer auf der Otto Plattform nehmen sich von der Garantie etwas an. ALLSO Finger weg von diesem Mäher und von OTTO.

After two failed shipment attempts, over ten emails, and a month of delays, I still do not have the product I paid for—yet this company continues to hold onto my money.

Their latest excuse? That my address was incomplete because it didn’t contain a house number—despite it being a perfectly valid UK address with a property name, as is common here. Every other courier and delivery service manages just fine. They even asked me to provide a neighbour’s house number—again, none of my neighbouring properties use numbers, only names. It’s painfully clear the item never even left Germany. If there truly was an address issue, it would have only surfaced once it reached the UK.

I strongly suspect the real issue lies with customs—perhaps due to incorrect paperwork or mishandled import tax procedures on their end. Regardless, this is their responsibility to resolve, not mine.

Throughout this ordeal, the company has shown a complete lack of competence and customer care. Not once have they offered any goodwill gesture, compensation, or viable solution—just empty words thanking me for my “patience and understanding,” two virtues which, frankly, they’ve exhausted.

This entire experience has been beyond frustrating and continues to erode any trust in this company’s ability to operate professionally, let alone support their customers.

Update 25/03/25: Reply from Hookii "The package was returned to us because the customs declaration form attached to the exterior of the box fell off during transit, which prevented it from clearing customs and leaving Germany". Is this company literally run by school children?

Der Mäher überfährt das Begrenzungskabel, GPS mähen war nicht möglich, keine Verbindung zum WLAN möglich, klappert im Betrieb.
Insgesamt eher eine Enttäuschung, definitiv das Geld nicht wert. Verkäufer reagiert auf Rücksendung mit unnötigen Fragen und will Zeit schinden. Werde das Gerät nicht empfehlen, da sind Mitbewerber deutlich besser und günstiger.

The mover is working very well. Just used couple of days as now in winter season, but results are already visible.
Easy to install, take not too much time to execute operations and decidel issued are very low.
App is also good but notte showing operation status/space completed or missing.
Overall very good product.

Non ho ancora potuto usarlo perché siamo in inverno e l erba possiamo dire dorme ma leggendo i dettagli tecnici ci del robot sono rimasto attratto dalle sue funzioni in primavera ne avrò la certezza

I ordered 2 4G robots received without a SIM card. I would not recommend the Hooky brand.
