I would definitely recommend Homewings to anyone - even if you are quite good at interior design, their service is a godsend for finding the right items and sourcing them.

I am not so good at visualising and so this service was perfect for me. My designer, Lucja, was awesome and got the style I was after perfectly from the start. She was so easy to work with and came up with loads of ideas everyday.

I found the whole process quick, easy and very exciting!

I think the idea of Homewings is fantastic! The impecable service you get for a very low price is unbelievable.
I was moving houses and had no time or a good eye to pick the best furniture and overall decor for the rooms. I found Homewings by chance online and thought I'd give it a go.

The whole process was really smooth and easier than what I expected! The idea is to share some pictures from internet of rooms that have a decoration suiting your style. As many as possible, so that the designer can have a good idea of what you like...and don't like! Then, you are paired up with a designer and the 2 of you start working on the mood board and floor plan. The communication is constant and the designer always seemed to be one step ahead of me.

My project has now ended, and I am now only waiting to have all the furniture (that was purchased by the Homewings team) at home and set everything up according to the designed floorplan.

The service is great and unlike other designers, there is no pressure to buy suggested products, and you set the budget!

Thank you Rocio (my designer), for your fantastic help during these past 2 weeks ( just 2 weeks...it's unbelievable!!). I am so looking forward to seeing the end result of your hard work!

My matched designer (Helen) worked at some points around the clock to plan things for me so that I could purchase items in the time limited sales (sometimes flash sales). I found the service an affordable and accessible way of getting in an interior designer and allowing me to take the stress out of bringing my vision to life. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic service. For someone who just didn’t know where to begin with certain rooms, the designers were well matched and produced some excellent designs. You have to be prepared to be on the ball as it is a fast turnaround time but I prefer this-no hanging around for replies. There is no way we could have come up with designs without Homewings’ help and we have even had commments for the first time ever that our rooms look amazing and as if they should be in a magazine! Thank you!

I'm still in the middle of my 2 week Homewings project but so far, I'm really enjoying working with them to complete my living room. The Wecora board is a very useful collaboration tool. I feel that the designer I have been partnered with understands what I am trying to achieve and has given me ideas that I hadn't considered. I am yet to use the shopping concierge service but I think that will be a convenient feature for me over the next few days. I am confident that I will be satisfied with the end result!

I've had a great time working with the team at Homewings and particularly my designer: Natasha. She understood the way I live, what I may want, and was incredibly patient with me as I designed 3 rooms with her. These past 6-8 months have been effortless.

We went to Homewings because we needed help visualising our living room and simply did not have the time to do the research ourselves. Our designer took into account every single detail of our request and came up with an amazing design. Exactly what we wanted, within our budget. Communication between us was excellent, she understood exactly what we wanted (even if we didn't always know what that was). The rest of the Homewings team has also been very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Would use Homewings again and would recommend to anyone!

The project was intended to last 2weeks but almost 2months later and still its not done. There were issues just agreeing the cost at the start which was frustrating and time consuming. Then once the project began it was with long periods of 3-5days with no change or update, then 1hour to give the feedback and have to wait another 3-5 days for the next update. Often specific requests were ignored, for example certain fabrics or styles not to use. And many areas were not addressed at all without a lot of chasing, for example wall colours and curtains. Also when there were issues with some items that were bought, its extremely slow to get any reply or satisfactory outcome. I am still owed hundreds of pounds back from homewings for refunds/replacements.

The service is a great idea but the designers are overworked and its like shouting into an empty room. I'm glad I at least was able to buy some things for my project from their help but it has mostly ended up with suggestions I had to find myself

Probably one of the best most practical services I have ever used. My home looks incredible thanks to homewings and the team.

We used Homewings to furnish our new rental property in London and whole process was simple from start to finish. We chose a ready to go furniture pack which they customised for Airbnb, and they delivered and installed it too. Really nice team who were always on hand to help!

We used there concierge shopping service for multiple items and every time we had excellent service, the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Great experience with Homewings--highly recommended
The online design experience was quick, helpful and fun. We wanted a new look but weren't sure where to start and could never visualise the end "look". Homewings made that all really easy and we have a lounge we love and would never have had the courage or inspiration on our own. The designer was great and very helpful and the ordering service is staffed by saints! They were patient and *so* helpful with timings, deliveries, returns and refunds--all all with cheery, enthusiastic emails along the way. Highly recommended--we'll use again.
