We've had a very positive experience with Homewings - we selected the Premium package, and worked with a designer who was brilliant - she was enthusiastic and supportive, and she encouraged and developed our ideas but also showed us new ones. She was also very happy to go back and search for alternatives if something wasn't hitting the spot for us, and was mindful of our budget.
We have lived here for a while and have been stumped on how to create a space where the furniture and colours are cohesive and well thought-out, and were particularly unsure of where to place certain furniture pieces. We're also just procrastinators and needed something to push us to finally do up our space! This process with Homewings has been so brilliant at finally focusing us!
If you're busy people just bear in mind that the more time you can put in for interacting with your designer during the design process, I imagine the more specific and well suited your end design will be for you. It's not laborious at all as the designer is there to do a lot of the work for you, but I just think it's helpful if you can check in and feedback on your project board every couple of days or more.
We are about to start our shopping process with our concierge so I can't really review that part of it yet, but from our initial communications I think that's going to be great too!

Homewings designer Cally is outstanding. Super-efficient, patient, creative, empathetic. A delight to deal with.
Concierge Isabel is very conscientious.
It would be 5 stars were it not for the Homewings design portal ‘Wecora’... a real let-down.

Service is excellent! My designer understood my style and adjusted to my preferences and I've got a design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I've recommended Homewings to my other friends too and I've also shared to them my referral link :)

The personal shopping concierge was super as well! You get an invoice with your items and it was only one payment made and I am sooo excited for all my deliveries to come through. Customer support has been really responsive as well.

I really wanted that curated look for my new living room and I've got it! My designer totally understood my requirements, and slightly awkward space, and has turned it into the sanctuary I need at the end of a long day at work! The shopping service is also amazing and hassle free (and you are not obliged to buy everything!), I didn't have to lift a finger yet all my new goodies arrived for me to put my room together. The visuals you get are fab, showing you how your room will look and exactly where to put what, even down to tips on how to arrange them! If your home needs some help and you don't have the time or know where to start, I highly recommend Homewings!

I really wanted Homewings to work out for us but unfortunately we had a bad experience. Our designer did not read the brief properly or consult the measurements of our room. We ended up with a design for a room over a metre longer and wider than our space, with 7 chairs in and not enough space for the things we had requested- creative storage solutions for a small space. We raised this with Homewings who asked us to go back to designer for a revision. She made a halfhearted smaller room plan for us but communication broke down. Most of the items selected for us were reduced in the January sales and by the time we got the item list they had gone up in price taking us well over budget. Fast forward a few months, we have an identical room apart from a rug, and new armchair. Love the Homewings concept but not impressed with our service. I wonder if you get a less experienced designer if your budget is smaller.

Homewings and our designer Tam came up with great ideas and designs for both our master bedroom and guest room that really reflected our style and needs. We also picked up great hints and tips that we can apply to future work in the house. All in all, a super experience!

These guys arranged a fantastic furniture package for our flat, it was really well designed and was compiled of a really great selection of products from very reputable brands. They were also very good at sourcing additional items for us.

The delivery and instillation was great, they carried everything in and were very careful not to mark anything, they even took off their shoes every time. Once they had delivered and built the furniture all of the packaging was removed , along with our own moving boxes and packaging which was very useful.

I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience - my designer really "got" what I wanted from the room even though I struggled to articulate it myself at first! She gently encouraged me to focus my requirements and then translated this into a beautiful design. I only used the light package but got much more than just a shopping service - I now have a really clear vision for the room and all the main pieces sourced really quickly.

Superb concept and superb company. I engaged in the Premium service recently for a period flat I'd bought. I wanted to do justice to the beautiful period features, so wanted someone who could really do it justice. I was impressed with the free consultation, so rather than just contract Homewings for the living room as originally planned, I bit the bullet and went for the entire flat!

Best decision I've ever made. Homewings paired me with Julian Maison. And I was blown away when I looked up Julian's profile - I'm getting a world class designer for a price I can afford. I'd never be able to find such a designer where I live, let alone afford it!

The experience from start to finish has been utterly flawless. I've ended up with a design concept, and items, that far far exceeded my expectations. I honestly can't convey just how delighted I've been with Homewings and Julian.

Great service overall - ideal if, like me, you can't afford an interior designer in person but find the whole process of choosing paint colour through to furniture overwhelming! The system they have set up is really clever and user friendly - was matched with Anna as soon as I completed my brief (be prepared to do some prep for this eg photos, measuring your space, drawing up a rough floorplan) and we had a Skype call at a time and date that suited me to run through my brief (already submitted) and understand the process. She responded to my change of budget and was really flexible and amenable to my requests to suggest different or cheaper alternatives. I loved the design she suggested and most of the specific items too (you're not under any obligation to order anything, so it doesn't matter if you don't like every cushion or print suggested, it's just an idea!) - the only shame of it is that my budget has been cut so I won't be able to buy all the items suggested straight out, but have now got ideas and a couple of specifics to order. They will incorporate any furniture you wish to keep, so it's not just for people looking to start with a blank space/room. Jasper, my personal shopping concierge, has been really attentive, flexible and patient. Give it a go if you're looking for some design inspiration that's practical without breaking the bank!

Overall, I was really pleased with the work you had done for me. Throughout the process I was able to have relatively quick communication to and fro as I was trying to get everything done and installed for an Airbnb flat. I went with the light package, and enjoyed inputting into the process and discussing particular requirements with the designer. She gave me practical tips as well on how to ensure that the design was good value for money, yet stylish and would last the wear and tear of an Airbnb apartment. I particularly appreciate the team going out of the way to provide me an additional service of receiving all the items, storing them, delivering it in one go and installing them for a small cost, as well as being flexible if they could with my requests. This was invaluable as I did not have time to wait for different deliveries in the flat. There was good communication on the timing of the delivery, and arrivals of the items to the extent they could as well as if there were any items out of stock / delayed, so I felt I was very well looked after. I would use them again.

Having moved in a new home with my new husband, my mind is just bursting with so many possibilities with regards to home design. But because I never really saw myself to be that creative/imaginative to dive into interior designing, I knew I needed help. I have always known that hiring a professional can be pretty tough on the wallet, but Homewings made it all possible! I couldn't believe I was able to work with an interior decorator for a very reasonable price. Everything was made super easy from the brainstorming, to the style concept design, to the furniture recommendations and your personal shopping service! I am now a few days away to finalising my orders and I cannot wait to see the well-planned layout come to life. Many, many thanks to Helen (my designer) and Joyce (my shopping concierge) for all your patience, hard work and dedication. In this sort of service, your experience can only be defined by the platform used (Wecora) and that of the designer (Pavlina Campbell). Wecora is a great simple, easy to use platform which was excellent tool for communication and collaboration with the designer.

Pavina was the designer assigned to us. She was amazing, she fully understood the look and feel we wanted, she kept to all her timelines for comments and design. Excellent communicator available via phone and email, worked hard on evenings and weekends to meet our design aspirations and clearly skilled at her craft. Thanks Pavlina for an excellent Homewings experience.

We had been umming and erring about using this type of service for a long time. We liked the idea of Homewings in particular as it seemed more flexible (in that the designer will spend more time researching one aspect than another if you want them to - you are not just restricted to 5 choices for each item). For the price you pay, the service is excellent. It really helped me to have the confidence to purchase items for my living room which will (hopefully) turn it from a bit bare and half-finished to beautiful. Interestingly, we initially rejected some of our designers ideas and we have now returned to them, realising she was right after all!

My experience with Homewings was fantastic! I have not expected that planning of the renovation of staircase can make such fun! Before I have got to learn about Homewings those type of planning was just stress. After working with my brilliant designer Rocio I have realized that I am actually enjoy the process!
Rocio captured my taste quickly and after just couple of days I have got a feeling that she is just reading my thoughts :-)

My experience with Homewings really was excellent. From initial brief to, design and product selection my fantastic designer Pavlina was so helpful, capturing my style very quickly and coming up with great suggestions. I look forward to implementing the design!

My designer Kasia was amazing and perceptive, especially when it came to what style and colour scheme I wanted. She offered plenty of advice and suggestions. Even at the very beginning it was great that I could just show her what I liked on Pinterest and specific items, and she would analyse that and come up with the perfect design. I especially loved that when I thought things weren't quite right she was able to amend the design and layout and offer alternatives. The fact that it's all online makes it very seamless too. I'm so happy with it!

We used Homewings to decorate our entire house and could not be happier with the service. The entire experience was brilliant. Sam, our designer, was excellent at understanding what we wanted. The furniture recommendations and advice really made the experience easier. The shopping service is fantastic and a great way to keep track of items. The online platform is an ideal way to communicate and develop the project. I'd definitely recommend Homewings to anyone looking for a design service.

Decent service, it was nice to get suggestions to your inbox along the lines of your ideas. Its a bit of a shame that you can't try the bigger products more easily - e.g. sofa etc, but I guess that comes with being an online company.
