Mixed outcome….
Booking process was really efficient and appt arranged quickly. However, contractor started job and then realised leads weren’t long enough so halfway through the job added extra cost (holes in wall at this stage so I had no choice). Also realised after he left that he had marked my brand new curtains and bed throw with black marker pen - not great

A rip off national company purporting to be local.
A rip off national company purporting to be a local tradesman by using a ‘local phone number’. Charged £396 for a one hour job to simply replace a rusty sky dish (£50 in parts - no other cabling etc required). My elderly parent in their 80’s living in Cornwall didn’t know any better and paid the rip off costs. I established later that Digitial HomeVision is trading name for VIsion Sure Tech in Nottinghamshire. They simply pay a local engineer and layer a charge on top. In my complaint emails to them, they initially promised to refund 10% and then simply ghosted me. My advice; stay local unless you want to pay over the odds for the service. This company lacks integrity and has only been established at Companies House since October 2025.

Booked to have tv mounted on wall told they would be able to come on the day! Was then canceled due to them being busy with a big job. Was told someone would come the next day and come next day at 3pm all of a sudden he is busy again at another big job and cannot come. This is ridiculous I wasted to days indoors waiting for them to came and they want me to waste another day. No sorry, no discount offered nothing and not even a word apart from can we rebook you for tomorrow. If you have no availibilty just say so.

My (new) neighbours cut off my aerial
My (new) neighbours cut off my aerial. The very helpful and efficient HomeVision man erected a new aerial, connected to it and sorted my problem in 30 minutes. It did cost far more than I expected but happy to pay extra for efficiency and politeness.
