Not every client comes down the river on a water biscuit!
A quick response time was a good start and a telephone quote that was within our max budget to hang a new flatscreen tv. On arrival the technician seemed to want to find a difficulty at first not understanding that we wished to remove the pivotal bracket for a fixed one that we had complete with the original screws. To fit a flat plate with three screws and hang the tv? Just like that, off the top of his head, £384 plus VAT!! A total rip off price presumably based on our postcode or his need for a fast buck. It was a no thanks without a moment's hesitation and goodbye.

2 new aerial ports
They came and looked at the job and quoted me a price for 2 additional aerials I needed installing…..then within a couple of days came back and fitted. Very efficient company and great service - would definitely use again and recommend.

Not great
I was given a price online for around £150 plus vat.
When the engineers arrived, several hours late, they gave me a price of £576. Not sure how they worked out the price. Said it it would take 4-5 hours. I was desperate for a WiFi so I signed it.
The work only took 2 hours. Made a lot of mess, which I had to clean up after they left.
£200 per hour is very steep for domestic dwellings.

I asked this company to come out and…
I asked this company to come out and give me a quote to mount a new TV on a purpose-built stand and to move the original TV to stand in my bedroom
Engineer came out and told me this would be a two man job where originally a telephone quote of under £200 was given. In view of his opinion that this was a two man job he went back to his van phoned the office and came back 30 minutes later with an updated quote of £1233.60. - (quote 80240) a cost nearly more than the cost of the tv!!!
I politely declined and organised other company to do exactly the same work which was done by one individual who was excellent at a charge of £252
