I was glad to have purchased this warranty. When contacting them without AC they sent it to contractor and they scheduled it the next day. It was scheduled for 11 to 3, they didn’t make it out until 7pm. When they arrived they didn’t a good job and solved my issue of a bad capacitor. I would recommend them to everyone! Thanks again!

It was fast and great service
It was fast and great service. But we have been paying $125 monthly and we still had to pay $605 out of pocket. I don't see why we had to pay so much.
