They approved my claim to fix my broken water line, and Stott Plumbing's Alfredo, and associate did an excellent job for the repair. I am so happy that I buy Home Serve insurance.

Jeff is an amazing
Jeff is an amazing, kind person! I had made a mistake thinking he needed to come back to do something to my refrigerator. He still came back because I was so sure he said that but I made a mistake. He is a great service person with a lot of patience and kindness. He’s one of the best I’ve worked with!!!!

Don't be fooled
I was unaware that the coverage was repair only. The technician told me my entire AC unit had to be replaced and that meant no coverage. I have another independent technician coming to diagnose the problem. If my unit is repairable, you will be hearing from me.
