Really lovely selection of furniture…
Really lovely selection of furniture and all at very good prices. My order arrived quickly. The furniture was easy to assemble with good instructions. Its lovely and comfortable and looks good. A minor delivery query over courier splitting the boxes over 2 different days was easily and quickly sorted. Nick at Home Garden Direct customer services was really helpful. He promised to sort everything and call me back with details, which he did. My second box arrived next day as promised plus a follow up call from Nick to check that everything was OK. Brilliant and friendly service. Great company to do business with. Would highly recommend.

Beware deliverers won’t take upstairs
No indication on website or even in shipping policy that delivery guys wouldn’t take upstairs, or anything to ask for that or indicate it was required or not.

Hi Ian,
Thank you for the feedback.
The courier service provided is the standard offering that we have on the website, which is to the hallway. We can potentially arrange other delivery options which we would need to discuss in advance, due to the number of different variables.
We will look to have the website updated with this information.
Kind regards,
Very good purchase for the price
Very good purchase for the price, and the customer service assisted us efficiently. Our furniture arrived with a wrong leg, but they resolved the problem within a few days.

Hi Toni,
Thank you for the feedback.
We did have a conversation on chat about this, and as discussed it does state on the website that there was assembly required. We did also agree a gesture of goodwill, which you confirmed were happy with at the time.
Kind regards,
Not as comfortable as I had hoped. Screws missing, slippery cushions.
Screws not as on instructions only 5 of one size instead of 8 but more of the larger size which I had to use on the table as had function planned. Quite difficult to put some parts together as some screw holes difficult to line up for an 80 year old. Cushions very slippery material and do not stay upright but slide flat when not sitting on sofa. Not as comfortable as I had hoped so rather disappointed.
