I bought a small freezer on the Friday and it arrived on the Monday. Excellent service. A good choice of white goods and prices.
Avoid
Ordered a tumble dryer on the 6th it arrived 2 days later broken so I immediately called and sent a video of said issues. Took them over a week to collect. Was told 2-5 days for a refund. I called them in the process and they explained there is nothing they can do as they was selling for Debenhams. And I have to contact them.
Now I can’t get hold of Debenhams what so ever.
This company have turned a blind eye and I’ve lost over £200.
Would personally avoid them just look at other reviews and do your homework before purchasing.
Fridge freezer was just what we needed
Fridge freezer was just what we needed. Delivery service, Furdeco, could have been better. Although very friendly when contacted, they did not reach out to us to book a delivery date. When they arrived, they hurried us, even though we were told we would have 20mins for delivery. We are older people and had to ask for them to help us hold the item to uncover it. That was all we needed to ask for.

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass echten Kundenservice noch gibt – bis ich auf New Home Feeling gestoßen bin. Es war nicht nur ein Kauf, sondern eine Erfahrung, die mich daran erinnert hat, wie schön es sein kann, einfach mal wieder als Kunde geschätzt zu werden.
Ich hatte mich letztlich für ein anderes Produkt entschieden – meine Bedürfnisse hatten sich einfach verändert. Doch anstatt auf Widerstand oder leere Standardphrasen zu stoßen, wurde ich mit Verständnis, Respekt und echter Professionalität empfangen – fast schon altmodisch, im allerbesten Sinne.
Der Kundenservice war nicht nur schnell, sondern vor allem menschlich. Keine automatisierten Antworten, kein Hin und Her – nur ehrliche Kommunikation und echtes Engagement.
Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen, aber dieser Service verdient Aufmerksamkeit. Ich kann dieses junge Unternehmen wärmstens empfehlen. Hier gibt es nicht nur Produkte, sondern Menschen, die sich wirklich kümmern.

Still waiting for a full refund for my tumble dryer, home feeling have the broken appliance yet still haven’t refunded my money that was a week ago, when asked on time scale of refund I was ignored would like to know when my money is coming back so I replace the broken appliance, home feeling are also fully aware we have 2 disabled children in the home so a tumble dryer is essential, after care and customer service is abrupt and rude

I recently purchased a table top dishwasher. The company we're great to purchase from.
I am extremely pleased with this product, its a nice compact table top dishwasher and is surprisingly spacious inside. It is very easy to use and very efficient. Would highly recommend this product and very pleased with the quality and how clean everything is following use. It comes equipped with everything you need and can either be plumbed in or run from the sink. Plenty of space inside for everything and comes with a cutlery holder. Great price and value for money. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

Having originally ordered my fridge freezer through Amazon, not only did they mess me about but cancelled my order which was the opposite of my wishes . Went direct to Home Feeling - what a difference- polite and extremely helpful. Goods ordered and delivered in a few days. Wish I had gone to them in the first place . New fridge in place for Christmas and full of food already. Also their delivery service Furdeco were as efficient . Would highly recommend both companies and will check with you first next time I order white goods . Thank you

I was looking for a small silver fridge-freezer. I looked at most brands from Smeg to Russell Hobbs but settled on this product due to its size. I do not know the Willow brand but it comes with a two year guarantee. There was a little cosmetic damage but the company offered an exchange return or partial refund. I have chosen to try the fridge-freezer since the cosmetic damage does not affect the warranty. It has been in use two weeks and so far no complaints. It will of course be tested to capacity over the holidays but I am happy to recommend.

Would not give a one star but had to give a rating, ordered the wrong size fridge freezer and now my messages are being ignored to return it when they cancelled the return date which was 17.04.2024 with no explanation as to why i got a link to re arrange another collection which is over a week away. This company have ignored my messages knowing i have no fridge freezer and 2 children and can't get another without a refund from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Update there has been no collection of the fridge freezer twice now it has been cancelled on the day when I have waited in and wasted my time with no explanation given, a manager apparently called me as I made a complaint this has not happened the company will not refund me my money!!!!! Honestly don't make the same mistake I did this company is a joke they don't care they just want your money and after they get it they do not help at all. AVOID BEING SCAMED BY THIS COMPANY
There is a wonderful lady called Becky in the office which is rude, throws stuff back in your face and does not even read messages sent or listen to what has been said to her
