Very very disappointed brought belaco…
Very very disappointed brought belaco microwave through amazon at £59.99 as new.im disabled & a pensioner.the internal light doesn't work,the microwave was to heat up my frozen meals.but we hit a snag due to being bin day on the 27/02/26 all the packaging went out we didn't find the fault till 17.30 that day.now I've no response from amazon.or belaco over the problem,I've been quoted £25 to have the microwave looked at to see why the microwave doesn't light up,that's half of the cost of what I brought the microwave for in the first place extra I can't afford.Definitely feel ripped off.& getting no assistance from amazon or belaco

Ordered a Belico dehumidifier …
Ordered a Belico dehumidifier beginning of December 2025 worked fine now it doesn't work at all, light comes on that's all high or low button switch doesn't work, disappointed I personally wouldn't buy again

Great post purchase service
We had bought an oil filled heater in December 2023 and been very pleased with it. Last week we turned it on and it failed to heat despite power available. It was out of guarantee but Belaco kindly sent us a brand new replacement. Thank you, what great service!

Great service
After nearly a years trouble free usage my Belaco heater ceased to work. I fully expected to have trouble with the company after so long a period of use, but the Customer Service I experienced was truly excellent, a very sympathetic young lady (Daisy) came to the rescue of a confused 91 year old who was not at all "computerate" and now a replacement is on its way. I cannot give enough praise to the company, deal with them with confidence.
