I find H &B very dependable!!! When I put in my Order - I get a Confirmation Email right away. Then I get news of Delivery...& my Order always arrives - well packed- a few days later!

Emma in your McDonagh Junction store was so helpful.
My daughter and I were in Holland and Barrett in McDonagh Junction on 30.12.25. I had the good fortune to be served by Emma. Wow, she was so informative, got me all I needed and was able to get up a H and B voucher I had on my phone that wasn't playing ball. She was just a pleasure to deal with and made my 1st visit to your store so nice. Holland & Barrett great value
Holland & Barrett have a really great vitamin and supplement range. They constantly have multi buy offers which makes them great value. I have subscribed to their notifications so I get flagged with their offers and know when to order. Delivery is excellent, usually 2 to 3 days.

Lots of choice and good discounts.
There's a wide range of products and always good discounts available. The website is very informative and well laid out. I find the click and collect service very convenient to use, and the customer service is excellent.

never buy offline, we got some items from H&B store and then when we got back home, we checked the prices on their website and it was 50 GBP cheaper! All their one buy get one, buy 2 get 3 offers in stores are BIG LIES.

Poor Customer Service
I cancelled an order as I forgot to add something. When I went back in to place the new order again my reward voucher was no longer available as I had used it on the cancelled order. I tried to open a chat and also emailed customer services to get this resolved asap as the 25% off discount was ending at midnight. I got no response. I tried again the next day and eventually got through to the customer service team. They refused to honour the 25% off discount and although they added my reward points back on I also couldn’t use them as a voucher on my order and would have to wait until vouchers were issued again probably in a few months. It was clear I wanted to place the order the previous day and would have been able to avail of the 25% off discount if their customer service team had of responded more promptly. I appreciate it is Xmas and maybe there was limited staff working but I don’t understand why a customer should be penalised if they don’t have the staff on to respond to their customers. Was it really impossible to honour the 25% off the following day not to mention being unable to reuse my voucher. Very poor customer service.

Never ever order anything for delivery…
Never ever order anything for delivery from them. The shop staff is amazing but if you order anything online they send it through Evri!!!
I paid extra for next day delivery and imagine waiting for a week for my parcel. If you ring them they just say to ring evri's customer service.....

Please dont waste my time
Looked for blood pressure monitor. Found one at good price. SAID click and collect ok (store a mile away). Ordered. Tried to log in for points. SAID password not correct (even though it was). Re set (same) password. Went to basket, where there it said delivery only. Gave up and bought elsewhere.

Placed an order which was supposed to…
Placed an order which was supposed to be delivered to store in 2 days. After placing the order i got an order confirmation and never heard anything else after that. No further updates at all.
Called customer service and was told I would get a call back. Surprise surprise never got a call back.
Got money back via credit card company in the end.
Will never use these jokers again.

Great app, great products, but slow shipping
If I had known the shipping would take so long I would have visited a store instead. I absolutely love the products I purchased but shipping took 10 days.
