Iv only started going too Holland&Barrett the past year and I have too say it’s the best the have everything I want the staff are so friendly and helpful which I think it’s great the shop has everything I need I will be going there from now on .

They are always a bit pricy when it comes to supplements but to be honest, the website and application are great, staff are amazing, packaging, commitment to delivery timeframes and quality of products is always great.

Lovely display in the shop with prices clearly marked and with a really helpful assistant. It was the Gorey branch in the shopping centre.

After shopping at H&B for many years instore I have now switched mostly to online. I have had several successful orders with this company until my last one! This is the first time I have had to contact their customer service department and I'm sorry to say it was a bad experience. Now I'm very aware that things can get damaged in transit but I would expect a customer service team to deal with this rather than ghosting me after a few exchanged emails. A large 650g tub of yeast flakes had burst inside the package. Subsequently, much of my kitchen and built in hob extractor were covered in yeast flakes. It took me ages to clean it all up, I binned it all and and headed off to work, now running late, I figured I would contact customer service on my train journey to work. Their initial response was good but they ultimately asked me for photos. I had disposed of everything and in my haste to leave for work hadn't thought to take photos! I responded to say I hadn't taken photos and had disposed of everything, to which they made no response! I left it 2weeks and contacted them again to say I hadn't heard anything, to which I once again got no response! As a result I am now out of pocket. I will be cancelling my subscription and will not be shopping with Holland & Barrrett again as this is shocking customer service!

All good quality products. Staff always polite and knowledgeable which means a lot.

Excellent website. Great offers and rewards. No express delivery anymore but don’t have to wait too long. Definitely recommend 😊

I have ordered a product from H&B on the 1st of December and still haven't received it. The response I get is that the order has been delayed but no clear updated delivery time. The 1800 nr doesn't work so you can't even speak to someone.

I don't know if it is worth starting with supplement if there is delivery issues like this.

Great selection of products. Very expensive so difficult to stay consistent in regular purchases

A lot of variety with supplements.
Very professional staff, gives good bit of discounts. Best part is that they give you stuff on price match and even more than that.
I highly recommend.

I shopped in the athlone store ..I didnt get the lads name working there which was a pity because he was lovely so helpful friendly gave me great advice and I didnt feel pressured just a really nice shop to go

Wide range of products, quick delivery, good promotions and use by dates well into the future.

Ordered to collect in store.
On collection, I opened to find incorrect products so asked cashier to resolve. Told I had to take home and come back tomorrow.
I would not be on area again, so used online chat and after 5 minutes of AI bot, got to select connect to agent. This did not seem to do anything and left chat some 20 minutes later.
I used the online form to advise of my situation and poor service experience but 3 days later had no reply and am the proud owner of hair dye and not my order of hydration tablet.
Had to leave a one star review to get a reply and then have been assured my order will be sent out this week..

I purchased FOUR bottles (240 tablets total) of the Biotin 1000µg tablets this month (November 2025), and every single bottle expires in November 2025. This is a 60-day supply being sold with zero shelf life.

This stock is unfit for purpose and unusable.

When I contacted Customer Service, they claimed the short date was "clearly displayed" (it was not prominent on mobile) and refused a refund, only offering a measly €5 voucher. This is unacceptable and unfair trading. They are selling essentially expired products and failing to provide a fair resolution. Do not buy this product unless you want to throw it away immediately.

I have received a refund after posting about my problem in here. Fair enough, I am happy to update my rating to 2.5 stars,

Holland and Barret keep using Anpost to deliver your orders. So your deliveries will never reach you unless you go to anpost collection centers with your "we tried to deliver but we missed you" note. Today was my third one with same scenario so today just like last time im going for refund but this time im deleting my account with holland and barret and looking for products elsewhere.

Could not get what I wanted on the shop floor so waited a couple of days for their next delivery. Items did not come in new delivery as expected. I eventually bought them online from the website. No problems using site.
Everything I ordered arrived in the box, well packaged but it took a week to arrive. This was my first time using online ordering so I now know to allow extra time for delivery.
Have to say though the staff in the shops are really helpful and informative.

I buy in the shop and the staff are very helpful. They can look up my previous purchases to make sure I am buying the correct product . I am confident that the products are genuine and of good quality. The stores I visited recently were Washington and Newcastle.

Still trying to return item for refund. Still awaiting order number. Customer care very poor will not be ordering online from them again
