I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with a noisy neighbor, but despite multiple attempts to contact Holland2Stay, my emails have gone unanswered. As the landlord, I believe they have a responsibility to step in and address this matter.

I recently moved into an apartment at Victoriapark in Eindhoven, and overall the experience has been positive. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk to Eindhoven Central Station, with a direct airport bus stop right downstairs. Daily life is convenient as well: Mediamarkt is right across the street, JUMBO is located just below the building and a secure package locker in the hallway.
The staff have been helpful throughout the process, The maintenance team is impressively responsive. Although the apartment was not professionally cleaned when I moved in — something I hope can be improved with a more thorough cleaning service — the team acted quickly when I raised concerns. Some furniture was a bit dated, but the small tea table and mattresses were replaced within three days, which I really appreciated.
A special thanks to Joana, the property manager, who was consistently kind and patient with all my questions. Despite a few initial issues, the combination of location, convenience, and supportive staff makes this a solid place to live.

If you find the proper house the rest of process with H2S goes smooth and clear. We had my last 2 houses with them and totally happy with them

The webpage is very user friendly. I had a couple of issues and after a quick question they solved it.

This company is very trustworthy and helpful. All the staff were very patient and assisting to me. I was afraid of not finding the house with my little daughter, but this team under pressurized me. I felt no stress and reach my desired house.

Quixk and easy communication, nothing to note!

Everything was really smooth. The apartment is in great condition and they are helping really quickly. It is already the second time that I choose to rent with Holland2Stay, the first time was when I was student, and now when I’m employed.

More5 is a new building mainly intended for Leiden University staff. While the rooms themselves are quite nice, the overall move-in experience was not very smooth. The exterior is still unfinished, with sand, tiles, and construction work ongoing, which makes the surroundings feel messy. There is also sand inside the building, likely due to the continuing construction.
The check-in team was mixed: some staff were friendly, but one person even threatened to cancel our check-in for the day simply because I asked why we had been waiting in the lobby for more than thirty minutes. Thankfully, the woman who eventually brought us upstairs was kind and helpful.
The common utilities could definitely be improved. The building does not feel cosy yet, and the washing machine and dryer are quite expensive for what they offer. The dryer, in particular, does not seem to work properly. The shower pressure is also low, and workers later told us this was intentionally set that way to control usage.
Overall, the rooms are pleasant, but I am unsure how long the “new construction site” feeling will last, given how much work is still ongoing inside and outside the building.

Beautiful cockroach nightmare in my apartment i dont know what kind of dirty girl was living here before me when the house are only 3-4 years old and i need to kill cockroaches every day. Plus my fridge not working and i have insurance but still i had to pay for them to check it but had no answer what will be with it… probably they will burn my 2 weeks free repair time and ask to pay more for new one.
I paid for first month but in website they put me to pay again so i wait how it will end with that…
Can keep talking but maybe enough… lets hope i will win this 100€ for all food got bad in not working fridge and for poison for cockroaches.
Hopefully hope for some respect in future.

Quick responses with questions, nice room to stay and great locations

Just moved in, the warm system does not work well, still try to find a solution. No other problems, satisfied overall.

Usually the help and communication are very quick, mostly within the same day.
Guidance, help, and support

Everything inside the flat seems to be working and well done. Nevertheless, the common area is unfinished and there is no access path to the building, it is necessary to pass through a dirt/sand. Therefore everything is very dirty inside and you cannot leave your shoes on in your apartment without filling it with dirt. I just hope the construction work of the building will be finish quickly !

So far, my experience with H2S has been very good. The staff are always quick to respond whenever there’s an issue, and they are consistently kind and helpful. It’s reassuring to know that any questions or problems are dealt with efficiently. I’m looking forward to the building works finishing up soon and seeing the full potential of the building. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience and would recommend H2S to others looking for an apartment company that truly cares about its tenants.

The apartment I got is pretty nice and clean. Finding the apartments themselves is a bit of a challenge, ppl use bots to score them these days but otherwise so far my experience has been good.

The apartment is very well-equipped and reasonably priced. Moving in was very smooth. Arranging everything was easily done through the website, and their customer service was great.

I really appreciate Holland2Stay for their professional management during the entire process, which enabled my smooth settlement at MORE5. The timely communication and prompt responses, coupled with professional and clear feedback, stood out to me. On the day of picking up the keys, the welcome and assistive service offered to a person with a disability was greatly felt by the approach of adapting to communication.
