I really enjoy being in this house but the equipments seem to be too cheap and useless in some cases like the coffee machine.

Most of the times the maintenance procedure takes a long time, and it needs too many follow ups. upon arrival I realized my heater is out of service and after few months just because I made a complaint to the municipality, they sent the right person to fix it. The security condition of my residence is terrible. From stealing bikes, to breaking my car glass. And in none of the cases I could use the installed security camera. Although I am paying for that! Internet speed is so low, the entrance lock is always broke and the management of the complex always skip to do the proper maintenacne.

I have had a great experience with Holland2Stay so far. The move-in process was well organized, which made settling in very easy. The unit itself is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The support team is attentive and always responds to my requests fast enough

I really like my apartment - it's comfortable and has a good energy label. The building (De Evert) is also quite nice, and I’m enjoying my time here. There are a few minor issues with the building itself, but the neighbors create a very friendly and supportive community.

I chose the fully furnished studio at H2S and have been living here for a week. The unit is well-equipped, everything is easy to use, and the surroundings are quiet, which makes the overall experience excellent. The only drawback is that the bathroom is quite small.

I recently moved into a Holland2Stay apartment and I am very satisfied with the experience. The onboarding process was smooth and professional. I initially had a few technical issues with the internet and the TV, but the support team responded quickly and resolved everything efficiently. Overall, I feel comfortable in my new place and appreciate the helpful communication and service. I would definitely recommend Holland2Stay to others.

I live in Victoriapark,in general I have a positive experience,however as the walls between apartments are made of paper,you can hear all the noises by the neighbours. As well the parking administration is struggling. I called H2S multiple times,and every time their instructions were different: at first they were giving opportunity to reserve a parking place, later they told that the only option is to contact parkingyou and wait in the waiting list for half a year,and then I accidentally booked the place through the H2S website! So they have no idea what is happening with their own property. Also,as Victoriapark is close to city centre there are a lot of weird people nearby the building,so you can witness famous Jumbo Fighting Club.

The checkout process with Holland2Stay was very disappointing. They try to deduct as much as possible from your deposit, even for damages you are not responsible for or that were clearly noted in the check-in report. When you request clarification or a breakdown of repair costs, they simply don’t respond. The lack of transparency makes the whole experience very frustrating.

The contact with H2S was really easy, They respond quick and clear.

Alles gaat kapot en niemand doet iets

Alles in dit gebouw gaat kapot. De liften zijn voortdurend buiten werking, de deur van de fietsenstalling is nu compleet stuk (je komt er niet eens in en/of uit met een scooter of bakfiets) en fietsers kunnen via de voordeur. Problemen worden nooit binnen een week opgelost.

Alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, ligt de warmtepomp continu in storing waardoor er dagenlang geen warm water of verwarming is. Monteurs laten ze pas na een week komen. Echt schandalig.

In februari heb ik al een klachtenbrief gestuurd omdat mijn warmtepomp maandenlang defect was. De extra kosten die ik heb moeten maken om mijn huis toch warm te houden, moest ik volledig zelf betalen. Ik heb gevraagd om compensatie, ze zouden dit “onderzoeken”, maar ik heb nooit meer iets gehoord.

Dit gebouw wordt echt belachelijk slecht onderhouden. Klachten worden genegeerd, problemen worden niet opgelost en je wordt totaal niet serieus genomen. Ik raad niemand aan om hier iets te huren.

It is the 3rd flat I rent with holland2stay. Im really happy with the experience so far, their services are fast and always willing to help.

The surrounding of the building is lack of maintenance and feels a bit dirty. The room overall is nice and spacious, although you can hear the train through the window, when they pass.

Bij dit bedrijf is echt NIKS op orde. Huur hier vooral niet want je krijgt alleen maar gezeik: geen warm water in huis, geen verwarming, zwervers die in de gangen slapen, enorm veel diefstal in het gebouw door deuren die stuk zijn en niet worden gemaakt, liften zijn continu stuk. Als klap op de vuurpijl dreigt Holland2Stay om mijn auto weg te slepen van mijn eigen parkeerplek waar ik gewoon een contract voor heb en maandelijks voor betaal. Wat een achterlijk bedrijf! Er lopen al meerdere rechtszaken tegen ze en er komt er nu nog eentje bij van mij!
