Wij stonden samen met mijn vriend van 01:30 uur ’s nachts tot in de ochtend volledig buitengesloten van het wooncomplex en onze woning. Onze toegangstag werkte niet voor de slagboom, de algemene ingang én de voordeur.

We hebben meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de spoeddienst. Steeds werd gezegd dat men “niemand kon bereiken”. Rond 02:00 uur werd zelfs aangegeven dat het probleem waarschijnlijk door de batterij van onze eigen deur kwam, wat later onjuist bleek, aangezien de tag ook andere toegangen niet opende.

Ondanks dat duidelijk was dat bewoners midden in de nacht buiten stonden, werd er urenlang geen oplossing of noodmaatregel geboden. Pas na veel druk werd uiteindelijk iemand met een sleutel gestuurd, waarna we naar binnen konden. Dit had naar ons idee veel eerder geregeld kunnen worden.

De manier waarop deze spoedsituatie is afgehandeld, vonden wij zeer teleurstellend en stressvol. Voor de huur die wordt betaald, mag een betrouwbare spoedservice worden verwacht, zeker bij iets fundamenteels als toegang tot de woning

I like the company honesty and flexibility.

The apartment itself is great. However, the service is terrible. Mails are being ignored, phonecalls are not being answered and tickets are not being taken serious. I've been trying to contact them for weeks but nobody picks up.

As much as I like the apartment in Haarlem, the assistance is terrible... things that should have been checked and fixed in the apartment prior to my check in are still pending (and I checked in almost one month ago), no follow up, no clear feedback, the team barely responds... so far my experience is terrible, this is clearly not what I was expecting.

Easy apply process and website has a lot of things for fast contact, they share there all important information for living, payments, contracts and notify if something not correct, good option that you can make ticket requests what saves your time.
The things I don't like that payments sometimes doesn't work well especially about additional bundles if required for your house.
Sometimes response time too long.
Website has bugs on app version and better to use web version to avoid this issues.
Not always possible to see an apartment before it's reservation, that means you pay fee if you will decline booking/change you decision. But they give good pictures and you can see precisely how the apartment should look like.

Really amazing studio in the middle of the center of Amersfoort. Ideal for short stay or expats, the apartment is fully furnished with brand new equipment and the facilities are on point

The check in was smooth. The staff was friendly and the house was clean. They explain everything in detail. Overall my experiance moving in victoriapark is great.

They're literally a lifesaver for first-timers to the Netherlands like I am. I'm an international student and trust me, it's an extreme sport to get a place to rent from afar in this housing crisis. After months of finding a credible place to live for my first arrival, I found them with 6M short-stay options with a very good price in the city center. It's not permanent but it makes everything at ease for me to settle at first. The team's very attentive and professional. They'll try to communicate as soon as possible and help me out with the process. They're not perfect but I'm grateful for working with them.

The apartment is spacious, in very good condition and has a very good location near the center of the city. It comes equipped with all the necesary and modern comforts. It includes a personal storage, a parking place and a bike storage ficility in the basement.

Good for Expats

This is my second stay with them, and both experiences have been very positive. They always offer great locations with a good energy and atmosphere, and nearby grocery stores add extra convenience. The support from the property manager and team is excellent—smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The apartments are modern and well equipped, the common areas are clean, and the terrace is especially nice in the summer. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant living experience.
