It is an amazing experience with h2s! everything went smoothly so I feel really comfortable.

Very smooth experience. Extremely attentive staff and the whole thing went very quick and trouble free. The apartment in De Evert is very spacious, modern and in excellent condition.

I have just moved into a Groningen location. So far it has been wonderful. The check-in process went very smoothly, and the service and quality has been just as I expected it. The only con is that repairs seem to take a bit longer than planned. But this doesn't stop the on site staff from being super welcoming and helpful!

I really enjoy living here. If you have a question or run into any problems, they respond quickly and helpfully. The city center is within walking distance, and the bus stops are also nearby. The apartment even has a laundry room, and the other residents are friendly. There's a nice atmosphere, and I'm happy to call this my home.

Service is very good. The houses are clean and the contact is good when you need anything…

The place is very nice and comfortable. For me the only issue is parking and it is a big issue. But other than that I am enjoying it. If they can sort out the parking. This place would be perfect.

There is a very good bureaucracy and an organized system. However, I have doubts about how much satisfaction it actually creates in reality. The apartment I received was very dirty and had not been cleaned at all. Yet, I am expected to return the apartment completely clean, which is not acceptable.

I stay with them this semester. Best decision I’ve made since I’ve come here. I have a lot of exchange student friends which all agree this is the best place to stay without a doubt. The studios are all you need, good location next to you, train station and supermarket. Super easy to make this studio your little home and have a lot of freedom. I seen all the other student housing places, leemansplein, waldorstraat, xior and the social hub (even stayed in this one) trust me, by far the best.

From the initial booking process to the contract details and every step until I received the keys, everything was transparent, stress-free, and well-organized. I am currently living in Sittard and am very satisfied with the follow-up and support from the building managers, Mr. Bas and Ms. Paula. Although a few minor issues were found during the move-in inspection, they were resolved in the shortest time possible.

Before finding this place, I used platforms like Kamernet, RentSlam, and Room.nl, but none were as good as H2S. I truly hope H2S takes over the management of more properties, because their transparency and organization- from reservations to deposit and rent payments -give you total peace of mind.

The quality of the building and the appliances is also very satisfying. I highly recommend H2S to everyone. Their only downside is the limited number of available properties; it is quite difficult to find a vacant home that perfectly matches your specific conditions and needs because they are in such high demand.

The administration of Holland2stay is very helpful and responsive. The building itself is also in a very nice condition! However fixing requests can take a while, a week or more.

4th time moving within H2S Eindhoven. If you want to avoid hassle of furniture etc. I would recommend H2S without thinking. We had concerns regarding our baby and H2S management was very polite to entertain and help us. The property manager of Cornelis Paradise is one of the most flexible and understanding people we have ever interacted with.

The only star I take away is so maybe H2S can focus on the cleaning department. Every building its the same issue, could be that the tenants are dirty but I see cleaning department cleaning the building everyday and they cut corners where ever they can if you live in the building you can notice it.

Outstanding view, Great location, well connected with tram and metro, size is alright, services can be better. Most suitable for students and working professionals.

The studio apartment offered is a modern, luxurious living space. The amenities provided inside the apartment and building are also amazing. The gym is nicely equipped and has everything you need for a fit lifestyle.

I JUST moved in and I love it. I was told by my former landlady that I had to be out by 1 June. Engage panic mode. I sent out a dozen applications and inquiries and Holland2Stay was the only one who got back to me.

Beautiful building. Excellent customer service--Eva usually gets back to me within a couple of hours for any questions or problems I might have. Fantastic location, fast and reliable internet, great laundry facilities, convenient bike parking, elevator, and soon we'll have a cafe in the lobby. It's a beautiful building in a great part of town. I love it.

The apartment is new, and the furniture is in good condition. Overall, we’re happy with it. When we received the keys, the apartment was mostly clean. There was no trash on the floor, for example, but it wasn’t deep-cleaned as I expected.

The check in experience was extremely smooth. The apartment was very clean when we moved in. We noted some damages on arrival and these were quickly resolved through the online ticket system. As an expat moving to a new country , this is the best way possible to find a place with the least stress.
