My overall experience was positive, although there was a small issue at the beginning.

Previously, a male staff member asked me to wait for more than an hour but did not show up in the end, which was disappointing and a bit frustrating. Clear communication would have made the situation much better.

However, the female staff member who assisted me with the check-in process was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She handled everything efficiently and made the process smooth and pleasant. Her attitude really improved my overall impression.

Despite the earlier inconvenience, I would say the overall experience was still good thanks to her professionalism and support.

The apartment has a very nice design and is well furnished. Most of the necessary household items are provided, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The ventilation system seems quite weak, and humidity and cooking smells tend to remain in the air for a long time. The hallways often have an unpleasant odor as well. Additionally, I have noticed a few small insects (similar to small cockroaches) inside the apartment on several occasions.
With some improvements in these areas, the living experience could be even better.

My stay at holland2stay has been fantastic! Im renting one of their studios and the experience has been great. Good appliances and furniture, nice staff and the building is always clean with a lot of communal spaces.

Holland2Stay is very trustful. Everything is according to the terms and conditions agreed. Their suport is also effective. Totally recommended. Keep an eye on direct booking properties.

It's been good so far, but many things not working when I moved in.

Really supriesed with the experience itself! The balance between price/service deliveried is really good, most of the similar companies in this market would charge at least 150/200 euros extra comparing with Holland2Stay.

My only concern lies in the fact that, when I arrived, there was a person registred in my address, and this person was not the previous tenant. I acknowledge that they can not do much about the situation, about I genuinely think that it could be avoided or better helped. I did not solve it yet, and this has been harming my house allowance, unfortunanely.

My experience with H2S so far has been extremely smooth and efficient. Clear communication, a straightforward application process, extremely friendly people… We went from applying to moving in within days and our property manager Jacob did a thorough inspection of the apartment and created tickets for small repairs that were fixed in less than a week. 10/10

I had a terrible experience with 'The Beech' in Eindhoven. Be careful with your deposit. When you move in, take pictures from every single spot (even the smallest ones) and email them to H2S. They later charge you for them. I did it, btw, but they still charge me for the problem that was already there before I moved in. It's a pity that, because of the housing crisis, people still have to rent for H2S!

I recently moved into one of the Holland2Stay locations and I am very satisfied with my studio. The building was completely new so all the furniture was in exelent condition. Also the heating is very good, which was really important to me during the winter season.

Nice apartments, well designed, good outside lights, well located (in Nieuwegein) good price however there is alot room for improvement, e.g security cameras, cleaning quality! shared cars (not avaiable) , other shared facilities like laundry, more clear guidance on onboarding etc

I’m currently having a wonderful stay at the Betz, Rotterdam. The apartment is fully equiped and clean. The people from Holland2Stay are very friendly and willing to help with anything.
Yes it could be considered as pricey, but at least you get quality and good service. I think that’s worth a lot more!

Apartments have no quality whatsoever, internet is unreliable, extremely small or super expensive and filled with bugs.
Do not use this company unless you are extremely desperate.
