Cheaper but didn't smell as good (product refunded)
**UPDATE - Hogies have contacted me following my review and have processed a full refund for the faulty product.
Cheaper but didn't smell as good. I bought a pack of This Works sleep products. Good value as they were cheaper than RRP, however, the sleep balm had a crust on top and smells like it's gone off. The website said 'blemished packaging', I couldn't see a blemish but to be honest that isn't as important as a product that is still in date. In future I'll prob just pay full price for a quality product so wouldn't use Hogies again.

I ordered a Tom ford Portofino…
I ordered a Tom ford Portofino recently, when i recieved the package it felt lightweight but it was a single perfume so i didn’t think much of it until opening the package and the contents (The Tom Ford Perfume) wasn’t there and there was a hole in the bottom of the package, upon contacting them they made me wait a week just for them to escalate it to their “other department” and they asked me for evidence (photos of the package) to send to them and i did, when i did they took another 3 days just for them to say they can’t do anything about it, absolutely guttered.

Like a few others never heard of this company before so wary of ordering from companies I don’t know , but as soon as I had been on the website they emailed me 10% discount on my order, what I wanted was cheaper than anywhere else, kept me updated when it would arrive and arrived quickly .

Stumbled across this company who had just what I wanted at a very good price in fact cheaper than anywhere. They kept me informed,seemed extremely polite to deal with and I will certainly use them again they have masses of products, and the package, although through Royal Mail, came a day earlier then expected, oh and the best bit was the lovely chocs in package!

Smooth ordering, great value .....
I’m always a bit apprehensive about buying a branded product from a new site but Hogies were really good, fast delivery, packed perfectly with a little thank you note and a chocolate treat.
I am sure that the Radley watch I purchased is genuine and I can accept the box looked a little bit "shabby". I have been looking for this watch for a while so I know that the price I paid was very competitive and delivery was free.
I feel confident in recommending this company, an excellent experience and I have the watch I wanted!

I wanted to buy a Paco Rabanne Mens…
I wanted to buy a Paco Rabanne Mens perfume as there was a really good offer on a bottle without the box on their site.
Upon, ordering and paying through klarna it got rejected some reason so that was that. The next day I realised that the sale has gone through but when I went on my account on Hogies it states there has been no order placed but I am still charged by them. I have complained through Klarna to cancel the 'order' and so far got back half of the amount but the other amounts I cannot get refunded by Klarna. I have emailed Hogies and nothing back yet so now I've had to write this review to let other people know.

Disappointing experience with counterfeit product
I've ordered the Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion Foundation, and the item was delivered promptly. However, the item received is counterfeit. I've been using this product for years, and I can tell just by the packaging that this is not a genuine product. Of course, I'm returning this. I guess the price is cheap for a reason. Will not use this website again.

I ordered a givenchy rose perfecto…
I ordered a givenchy rose perfecto lipstick as a gift from here as it was no longer in production. It arrived very poorly packed in a bubble mailer ( due to royal mail’s poor handling ).
But my issue was upon opening it I could see the lipstick had a visible mark on it and some product on the inside of the lid. It had clearly been dented against the lid when someone was putting the lid back on, which annoys me as the gift is now ruined.
I never liked the fact they opened the actual product to photograph them or inspect them, as it would arrive with fingerprints and dirt on it, or even worse in this case, damaged.
I would much rather they just take a picture of the product WITHOUT opening it, they should also consider wearing gloves while handling cosmetics.
I’ve ordered from them multiple times, and this was definitely a disappointing experience.

They make reassurances then dont come through with them !
Hogies replied on here but still they don't answer their phone .
I only ordered the same item twice as I didn't think I would receive the first item and I was right !
It was not delivered to my address as Hogies missed out my Road !!

We amended your address on our system to ensure that your order was delivered to the correct address.
You ordered the same product twice on consecutive days and the tracking for both orders show that they were successfully delivered to the correct address.
We understand that you are saying that you have not received your order so we have opened a case with the Royal Mail who will investigate and let us know the outcome.
Once they have let us know our customer service team will be in touch to let you know what they say.
At this moment in time there is nothing else that we can do apart from wait until we hear from The Royal Mail.
