Read the mixed reviews but thought I’d give it a whirl as the Chanel les beiges healthy glow foundation was at a bargain price compared to what I normally pay.
Ordered on Thursday and it’s come today which is Friday.
Delivery - Super speedy
Product - Authentic not fake as some peeps mention in their reviews about the products at Hogies
Pricing - Fantastic
Packaging - can’t fault

First time i have used your company . Came apon it by randomly looking for aftershave or cologne.Bang there it was LAURA BIAGIOTTI ( Roma ) Passione . I came across this cologne from another department Store . Never heard of this Designer,Sadly She past away in 2017.Her products are very safisticated for the price .

I placed an order without checking the photos of the product and realized I bought the wrong item. However, I phoned up Hogies & a lovely lady answered the phone who was very polite & helpful. She was very understanding & cancelled my order immediately upon request & refunded me immediately!

I have purchased from this company before through eBay & they've always been fantastic. Unfortunately this time, due to my own fault, I had to cancel my order but the whole cancellation process was smooth & efficient.

Fake product pretending to be Clarins do not buy

This company is knowingly, repeatedly selling fake goods! I received 2 boxes of a serum I have used for years and it is a clear fake. Water like consistency and basically packaged to imitate. They don’t reply to emails, they have had lots of reviews reporting fake products. I imagine some are better than others and go undetected. Avoid or lose your money!

Ordered a Dior gloss I couldn’t find in store. Received it next day- very happy with the customer service!

This company tell everyone that they do not sell fake products and that everything comes direct from the manufacturers.
This is not my experience.
Some friends and myself placed orders for 9 items as the price seemed very cheap, but only one item out of them all came new and sealed, and what I would call in a “NEW” sellable condition.

The others…..

Different items in sealed boxes
Items in boxes were dirty
Items in boxes were not new and had been used (liquid missing and fingerprints on bottles)
Boxes were not the normal branded manufacturing and were made of inferior packing (checked in Boots, John Lewis and the Brands flagship stores.
Bottles and caps were of a different design to the genuine products on the high st.

If these are not fake, then they are poor seconds or old and discontinued stock. If that is the case then this should be advertised clearly when customers purchase.
No response to e-mails either.
In a world of fakes and companies selling damaged goods, my advice is stick to the High st and if the price is veryyyy cheap, then there’s most probably a reason for that.

I order a Calvin Klein Perfume. I looove the scent and found it hard to get. When I came across it on here I thought omg yes I can get another bottle as I'm going to run out. I bought it and came in just a few days, I was so excited, same box, same box. I can freaking well tell that is not my perfume I had been using the past couple of years. I compared it and was so upset I couldn't describe it. I went to "The Perfume Shop" lady behind the counter said that one was discontinued as they bring a new one each year, so mustn't be the genuine Perfume. I heart sank, knowing myself that what I bought was not what I got. I contacted them and they came back and sent me the label to send it back and gave me a partial refund. Uhhhh why the hell do I want a partial refund if your selling fakes/copies of what I purchased. I'm currently waiting to here back. Looking on ebay it says make charge a few if damaged. If anyone has the magic powers to open the sealed packaging on a product without actually opening it please teach me. Mind you one hand I'm so pissed that they aren't selling the genuine product and only gave me a partial refund. I'm glad that since the package has a few scuffs so they can't just hand this to someone else. I'm just waiting for them to get back to me, to explain why they only gave me a partial refund. And if I don't get my full refund I'm reporting it to PayPal to get the whole refund.

I ordered some wireless headphone for very cheap and wasn’t expecting much! But they arrived within a day I was very surprised and pleased and they are absolutely incredible earphones I am very happy with my purchase and was surprised when I opened my parcel and some very cute chocolate hearts in which took me back because I order a lot of stuff online and never received anything like that before and they were YUMMY!! Want to thank them for making my day thanks so much guys absolutely brilliant site I highly highly recommend!!!!

Je suis dégoûtée. J'ai passé commande d'un parfum sur leur site à Noël. Jamais reçu. J'ai payé des taxes à l'entrée en France. J'ai écrit pour me faire rembourser ce produit jamais reçu. Pas de réponse et ça fait une semaine. J'ai payé 130 e pour un produit jamais reçu. Une honte totale et une absence de considération du client

Concernant ma commande de parfum sur ce site Je viens de recevoir un message de cronopost me disant que je devais régler 29.50 € de frais de douanes ou la marchandise serait renvoyée

The foundation arrived quickly, but to my dismay, it was expired ( almost 4 years since manufacturing ) I've already contacted customer service and am waiting for their response regarding a refund.

Please make sure to check the batch code when you receive cosmetics. Several helpful apps are available to check the expiration/manufacturing date.

UPDATE: The company sent me a free return label, so I returned the item and got a refund.

Avoid this company - I used this company as there was a discount code meaning I could get my product cheaper - the item I ordered arrived damaged - I have called them numerous times and sent numerous emails and have heard absolutely nothing back - purchased a week ago for a Christmas present and I have had to go out and purchase a replacement in store from a more reliable retailer - I have never experienced such poor customer service - if you want to waste your money shop here. Avoid these guys at all costs

The perfume which I ordered was Xerjoff Accento 100ml Eau De Parfum. It was very light compared to the one I smelt in Harrods so I took the one I purchased from Hogies to Harrods to compare them and was informed it’s not the same quality may be a copy. I got in contact and explained to Hogies. They were happy to give me a refund once they received the items. A week passed by and did not get a notification in regards to a refund. So I contacted via customer service to be told, as the package was damaged I will not be getting a refund which I believe is untrue as I posed the item back in its original packaging. They are now refusing to give back my money. I recommend you do not waste your money!

Hi, I placed this order, but I have been using this serum for 2 years and I can confirm that your serum is an imitation. I also took the serum purchased from your site to an official Khile's store and they confirmed that it is not original. I will take serious action and want the cost of the product refunded. I will leave a review and inform those responsible of this incident and that your products are not authentic.
