Amazing offers & quick delivery
I wasn't sure if this was real or not as the offers were great. I got some great deals and all arrived packaged well. I ordered on the Weds and received on the Friday. Customer service really quick to respond. Will definitely use again

Excellent value and great customer service . My order literally fell out of the packaging in transit ( it was a little primer with a pointy top!) when I contacted Hogies they immediately sent a replacement. I would definitely recommend and have since placed another order

Excellent deals on makeup and skincare
A great way to shop for discounted skincare and makeup, if you don't mind battered packaging or short expiry dates. I got my regular Stila eyeliner that seems to have been discontinued, for £6 (RRP £16) and a Caudalie serum for £28 (RRP £52).

Very disappointed with the mystery box
Very disappointed with the mystery box. Items were not worth £65. Not nearly comparable to Glossybox or Look Fantastic both of which are significantly cheaper. Less items with greater value would've been better, most items are under £5 on their website. Items included:

Sheer Revlon lipstick - full size
Nail polish, Nails Inc - mini 5ml
Soft Body Lotion, CLEAN - full size 177ml
Conditioner, Living proof. - 60ml

Brilliant experience with Hogies, I have been trying to get my favourite perfume from my usual on line company and it’s been out of stock for three months, I found it on Hogies on 25 September, effortless ordering, delivered this lunchtime 27 September, so just 48 hrs from order, absolutely fantastic. The touch of the gift of heart chocolates is just amazing, very impressed. Price was fantastic too, cheaper than the other company! 🤩Can recommend highly and will be using Hogies from now on. Updated- BEWARE Terre d'Hermes unboxed
UPDATE. Hogies have been in touch and have paid for collection of the item so i must thank them for this. Previously....i purchased a bottle of Terre d'Hermes unboxed for a hood price trying to support a family run business. Smells NOTHING like my other bottle and the customer service upon complaining was basically non-existent. I questioned whether the product was genuine but also stated if it were, then something was wrong with the product. Sent a couple of emails, including pictures of my other Hermes bottles which indicated the product MAY not have been genuine. Waited a week for one reply, to be told "all our products are 100% genuine". Well that doesn't change the fact there's something very wrong with this product. Can't see how I could ever use this company again.

Not the real deal
Hermes Absolu perfume bought from Hogiesonline storefront on Ebay was not the real deal. It was close enough but after directly comparing it with a retail sample, the lower quality of notes in the Hogiesonline product was clear.

Slightly nervous to order, given such mixed reviews on here. Can't fault the company, I entered the wrong address in. Emailed customer services, responded within 10mins. Not a problem to change.
