I just received a beautiful pink box, with my perfume beautifully placed inside with wrapping and two chocolates. I was dubious because of price / no box, but this is actually presented nicer the way it has been done and think these guys are fab!

It is easy to praise a company when everything goes right. Occasionally things go wrong and how it is handles that really separates the good from the bad companies. I had a relatively small issue, but their response was excellent, phone call the same day with options on resolution offered and taken. Well done Elise!

Sell Fakes!
I wouldn't even give 1 star. I bought a bottle of Creed Aventus from this website, which was fake! It cost me £260 and in return they offered me a 20% refund. Absolutley disgusting, they claim to be a "family run business" but are thieveing people out of money. Vile

Hello Beth,
We are sorry to see you have rated us 1 star.
We would like to reassure you, and all our customers, that we only buy and sell genuine products.
We are a small, family run business. We only purchase from a handful of trusted and reliable companies that we have dealt with for many years. It is illegal in the UK to sell counterfeit goods.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund for a product that was purchased four months ago and has been used.
This is mentioned on our website that you have 30 days to start a return. We want to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase therefore we advise you to contact our team immediately if you are unhappy with any product you receive from us so we can help resolve this as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
The Hogies Team
