I recently ordered Shiseido lipsticks from Hogies through Cosmetify, and I’m extremely impressed with the entire experience. The seller was professional, the products arrived quickly and very well packaged, and the lipsticks were 100% authentic and in perfect condition.

Came across Hogies when I was looking for a new Amouage fragrance. Their prices were competitive and they were very honest on their websites - they list items that come unboxed or in blemished package so you know what you’re getting and they don’t try to hide it like some retailers would. They also reflect this in the price so you’re getting a fair deal. Their products are completely genuine, have bought three expensive perfumes from them twice now. Purely authentic. The Amouage was the biggest shock to me because I got it for half the RRP, what a steal for the perfume! Came in perfect condition and a real powerhouse of a scent!
The packaging and shipping was excellent. They dispatch pretty quickly. And you even get a nice chocolate treat with the order. Hope that they can continue expanding their range of perfumes so I can purchase from them more often.

This was my first time buying from hogies online and I was not disappointed. I ordered Jean Paul scandal and I have to say I’m so impressed! The order came the very next day and although I brought it cheaper because there was no box to it, it was perfectly packaged in a lovely black box with shredded paper and a cute little card in it. 100% will be purchasing again as it was so much cheaper and the box only goes in the bin anyway. Thank you. 1000/10 🤍

Excellent company I only buy my makeup from Hogies now it’s always a quick delivery and good prices , they always include some little heart chocolates which they don’t have to do :)

First time shopping here & it was a good experience. The website is user friendly with reasonable deals on fragrances. Order was swiftly delivered in same condition as advertised. In my case this was a damaged box but perfume itself in new condition. Lovely complimentary extra and all round personable customer service. I would shop here again.

Sent me over 6 beauty item very very out of date some over 6 years old , possibly given a lot more as items were used or gifted unknowingly they were out of date emailed them about this they told me to send the items back , I’ve sent them back they’re now ignoring me and I haven’t received an explanation why so many of the items were that out of date and no refund , will never use this company again , and I would recommend anyone buying from them they check the dates ! And batch codes

I saw this company on ebay.co.uk at first. I've subscribed with this company and been getting loads of good deals from them. Also i've registered myself on HogiesOnline site recently and got a nice welcome discount for my first purchase. I've made an orders on ebay and on HogiesOnline site, because they've offered a great choice of perfumes for a very reasonable prices. The delivery was super-fast. Got my orders within 48 hours. All parcels were very well and securely packed. And the perfumes were 100% authentic. I'm wishing a huge luck to Hogies company with their busines. Thank you, guys, for being with us. My perfume was the cheapest I found and was described as ‘unboxed’. However it arrived 3 days after ordering by Royal Mail and it was wrapped beautifully in a gorgeous box. It was wrapped in tissue paper with a lovely sticker to keep it closed. Lots of packing around it to keep it safe. You could certainly give it as a gift to someone. It had 2 little chocolates with it as well. I will certainly look at Hogies before anywhere else when I want some perfume again.

I have used Hogies several times now and each time have had great products at great prices. Goods are as described (sometimes blemished boxes but that’s fine for me if I know). Customer service is courteous and delivery prompt. Highly recommended and will definitely use again!

STAY AWAY! This shop sells items you couldn't find anywhere else to draw you into their online shop. They actually don't have the items available and only deliver the extras you bought that come damaged (basically garbage). Took 10 days to arrive as well.

I just realized you charged me £40.99 and you don't even have the product. Unbelievable!

I ordered luxury beauty products from Hogies, but some arrived damaged and in unacceptable condition which wasn’t listed in the product description (I am aware they sometimes list blemished boxes but I bought two items that didn’t have this disclaimer but arrived damaged anyway) — including a dirty sponge, a torn and bashed box with red makeup marks inside. It looked like the product had been opened previously.

Their customer service response was generic and dismissive, I assumed I wouldn’t be able to return the products due to hygiene reasons since I had opened them, but they just sent me a Royal Mail return link as a response and a generic apology.

I am concerned due to them asking me to return an opened makeup product they may be selling their returns, further supported by the state my products arrived in.

I had asked for a partial refund for the damage which was ignored.

Given the poor quality control and lackluster customer service, I won’t be shopping here again.

If you’re considering purchasing from them, be aware that damaged items may not be disclosed and support is unhelpful.

Hogies offer a very wide range of discounted beauty and clothing designer brands. Delivery is prompt with lots of updates. I will definitely buy from them again.

Have ordered several items and all arrived in great time and had no issues. Received yet another order and unfortunately there was a small manufacturing issue. I emailed and received an extremely quick and very helpful reply. My issue was dealt with immediately and sincere apologies were made. I can only say well done to this small family business. They have been nothing but professional, helpful, supportive and genuinely care about their customers. I wish there were more businesses like them. Well done to them all. Not only do they offer a great choice, great prices and overall great service, their customer service is excellent.
