Utterly disappointed. Website clearly states for all orders placed before 3pm they will be dispatched the same day. Purchased yesterday and no sign of dispatch today and even paid for next day delivery as I needed for tomorrow. No phone number to contact either.

⭐ 1 Star – Sold Expired Cosmetics!
I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I recently purchased several high-end cosmetics and discovered that they were many years past their production dates — some from 2019 and 2020.
The items included:
Givenchy L'Intemporel Global Youth Beautifying Face Mask (Jan 2020)
Urban Decay Stay Naked Concealer (Sept 2019)
Givenchy Teint Couture Cushion Foundation (Nov 2019)
All verified via batch codes printed on the packaging. These products are clearly far too old to be safely or effectively used and could cause skin irritation.
When customers pay nearly £50 for branded cosmetics, they have every right to expect fresh, genuine, and safe products, not stock that expired years ago. Selling such outdated items is completely unacceptable and potentially breaches the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I’ve contacted the company requesting a full refund and return instructions, but this experience has left me with serious concerns about their stock control and quality standards. I will not be ordering again and would advise others to check production codes carefully before using anything purchased here.

Ordered an item 01/10 at 1pm and paid for next day delivery, update today states due for delivery 04/10, so 3 days after placing the order.
I paid extra for next day delivery only to have Royal Mail receive it on 03/10 as Tracked 48 hours, not 24.
Unacceptable when I paid extra for this service, and it was a gift to be given on the morning of 04/10 which I now will not be able to give.
Also, the link to live chat on the website does not work as it is a dummy button and there is no number to call, so the only option is to email/submit a form which is not exactly a fast process.

I was a bit dubious ordering from Hogies but gave it a try, ordered suede vanilla ritual room spray
It smells amazing but I knew it had leaked by the lovely smell opening the box
My room is smelling lovely from the packaging alone

Can’t rate this company high enough. Got a surprise parcel off them with a replacement today, totally unexpected! I would definitely recommend them and their customer service. I hadn’t even contacted them as I didn’t lose too much of the room spray in the leak.

I got Amoage Reflection women's perfume at a great price, and I'm over the moon! It was shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived in France safe and sound, super fast. They had my favourite perfume Missoni which is becoming difficult for me to purchase, I ordered 2 bottles as it was a fantastic price, order delivered within 48 hours, packed well with 2 small chocolates, a thank you card and voucher off for my next purchase, excellent service.

If I could give it zero I would. This company sells fake foundation formulas. I ordered 051 chataigne to restock it. I could immediately tell that this was a fake it was dry and cakey and orange. Nothing satin about it. Packaging looks right but once you apply it it’s like it’s worse than drugstore.

Excellent customer service, especially as I managed to confuse everything regarding my order! Very professional, great service and fabulous product! I found one of my favourite perfumes for a great price! I will order from Hogies Online again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
