Buyers do not use this company
When I received the product I had ordered, it had clearly been tampered with. The cellophane wrapping and the tear off strip had been removed and the tube had clearly been opened - there were scuff marks around the tube suggesting that a metal tool had been used to unscrew it. In addition, when I squeezed out a small amount of the cream, it was totally different in colour and consistency from tube of the very same cream that I am already using. Either the vendor knew they were supplying damaged goods or their quality control systems are inadequate. Do not use this company!

I would not recommend this company. I received a room spray that had clearly already been used and was nine months past its expiry date. This should never have been sent to a customer! I will never order from this company again.

Awful customer services
I accidentally selected the wrong product when placing my order and contacted the company immediately to cancel it. Unfortunately, no one responded for over 24 hours. When I finally heard back, I was told the item had already been dispatched and that I should wait to receive it and then return it.
Since receiving the product, I have filled out multiple online return forms and sent several emails, but I have had no response at all. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating.
Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In this case, the customer service has been very disappointing, and I am still waiting for a resolution.

I bought a pair of Ralph Loren joggers…
I bought a pair of ‘Ralph Loren’ joggers which arrived promptly and looked genuine. However after just 3 months of light wear around the house it became apparent that these were not the quality product I’d expected. The material thinned and bobbled and the care label fell off. I contacted Hogies to complain and asked them to confirm that they’re selling authentic items but they have refused to answer my email. The customer service is non existent.

Damaged goods received - tread carefully
Unfortunately, the Paradoxe perfume I received is in unacceptable condition, this is a present, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality.
After inspecting the item, I have strong concerns that the Prada Paradoxe perfume I received may not be authentic. It shows signs of wear and tear and aswell as logo/font misalignment. Shocking. I wish I could add photos here but not possible.

First time using them and disappointing all round - two beauty items and both boxes looked second hand and shabby - had to return .
On explaining to customer services about shabby used looking boxes their response was offer of return .

Great service with lovely touch
My fragrance arrived on time. It was the cheapest price online according to ‘Pricerunner’, saving myself around £30! Great packaging and they even left us a thank you with 2 little heart shaped chocolates inside our package order. A lovely touch! I would recommend them and definitely would shop with them again.
