I love Waldo. Affordable and great quality contacts, I have never had issues with their contacts. I ride dirt bikes so I have tried a lot of brands and they dry out mid ride often but not Waldo.

No order confirmations, and no 9.0 BC
again, the company fails to provide order confirmations while you wait for a shipment notice --- who does this?
Secondly, unfortunately, they do not offer a 9.0 BC that many ophthalmologists prescribe, and they don't make this clearly evident to prospective buyers

When signing up to the WALDO subscription, all the lens details are on the OUR LENS DETAILS tab, which shows all the lens parameters. Our lenses are thinner and do fit most people, we also recommend a follow up with your eye doctor to ensure they are a good fit for you.

Money hungry company
Will not provide any refund after incorrectly charging my card for months. I will be turning to social media and the BBB as after several days of waiting and no apparent “managers to take immediate transfer”. Losing a LONG time customer due to being money hungry, and let’s not forget at one point that had a year or 6 month hold up for contacts swiped everyone’s money and never sent any orders for MONTHS. I should’ve known then to go elsewhere.
Updated: Per Waldo’s response they are now attempting to state I moved in February and Items have been delivered. This is not true and no one from the company has attempted to ask for any further clarification or documentation proving this. I am not a money hungry customer attempting to get over I am a long time customer which unfortunately they have lost. I have reached out WEEKS ago now and still have not received any management call backs or emails or other further communication. Waldo has done nothing more to reach a resolution other than responding to a negative review.
Upon further digging I also found that this company is not BBB accredited and has a very strong high volume of complaints regarding non delivery of contacts, billing issues, and poor customer service all of which I am now experiencing. Do not waste any more time. They’d rather lose a 5 year plus client than provide refunds and replacements, easy indicator there’s something fishy going on. My next step will be social media.

Looking through the communications that you have had with our customer service team, they have passed this on to the manager to look into.
Your WALDO subscription can be amended easily online including the address, so as you had moved in February and the address was not updated, the lenses were delivered there, we would need to look into if they were delivered back to us.

Small tears around the lenses
Small tears around the lenses. Over half of the trial pack. Contacted support and sent information, they are sending a replacement. Support has been helpful but the quality of the products is lacking my approval.

Thank you for giving WALDO a trial, but are sorry to hear you have had a few damaged lenses, The bowl the lens sits in is deeper than other manufacturers, so I would recommend flipping the blister upside down onto the palm of your hand to remove the lens from the blister to help prevent damaging the lens if this could be the cause.
We are happy you contacted our customer service team at hello@hiwaldo.com and they were able to help send out replacements.

We are sorry to hear you have found WALDO Hydraboost lenses to be a little dry. We also have the WALDO Hydraboost Plus lenses which has vitamin B12 added to the saline. These help soothe and nourish tired dry eyes. Simply change the lens type in your account to receive these.

These are great! I definitely Will be ordering more. These are easy to wear they are soft. I’ve ordered from other online companies and these hands down the best I’ve found. My prescription is -7.00 in both eyes and the vision seems to spot on. The price is excellent. They send Weeks worth to try.
