I love Waldo. Affordable and great quality contacts, I have never had issues with their contacts. I ride dirt bikes so I have tried a lot of brands and they dry out mid ride often but not Waldo.

Did not solve my problem. I asked her to look at previous orders and she would find the left eye lens I wanted yo buy 2 boxes now and stay with my regular order of just my right eye. Said she could not do it without a prescription sent to you. I called later that day got a different person who tried harder and solved my problem immediately. I will be giving her a great review

I have never had any problems with…
I have never had any problems with shipments nor the quality of the contacts. The only complaint I have is the size of the outer boxes they are shipped in, they used to be much smaller and I’m sure the old boxes cost more to purchase but I believe there should be a cost effective smaller box.

We are sorry to hear you feel you have not had a good WALDO experience. WALDO is a subscription service, and the next charge date is advised at checkout, you would need to cancel by this date if you did not want to continue your subscription. This would also have been confirmed in your welcome email, which was sent explaining how the subscription works, how to amend your subscription and what will be charged. Our Terms and Conditions also explains how the subscription works. The 1st subscription order arrives 12 days after signing up for the free trial to ensure you would not be without lenses once the trial has finished.
