I love Waldo. Affordable and great quality contacts, I have never had issues with their contacts. I ride dirt bikes so I have tried a lot of brands and they dry out mid ride often but not Waldo.

This last deal for 60% off didn't work. I was charged full price and was told I would receive a refund but didn't. The convenience of getting contacts this way is great, but Waldo has not done a good job as a company ensuring customers are taken care of. Systems are broken consistently.

However my prescription for one eye was incorrect. This wasn't necessarily due to your company, I may have typed wrong. But hopefully they will make it easy to fix
