I love Waldo. Affordable and great quality contacts, I have never had issues with their contacts. I ride dirt bikes so I have tried a lot of brands and they dry out mid ride often but not Waldo.

First of all, thank you for the awesome 60% off on everything, really appreciate that!
I’ve been using Waldo for a few years now, I’ve never had problems of the lenses, but I’ll have to say that the website wasn’t great, sometimes after I clicked process to order button, and it just frozen, I was very confused if I got charged or not, I definitely think you guys should improve the website. Also, I think the price has gone up, I remember it used to be $38 something like that, so now it’s kinda pricey. :( umm lastly, the shipping kinda slow sometimes, other than that, my package has always came nicely. So yeah, overall I’m fine with Waldo, Can’t wait to see what comes next:) wishing you guys the best!

Great Company
Used Waldo for years. Only had an out of stock issue once, maybe twice max? Customer service was great though. They let you know what's going on etc and keep you updated. Super flexible too, which is amazing because sometimes I need to skip a delivery or have an extra delivery for travel etc.

Hi Patience,
We are sorry to hear you have had 3 damaged lenses, The bowl the lens sits in is deeper than other manufacturers, so I would recommend flipping the blister upside down onto the palm of your hand to remove the lens from the blister to help prevent damaging the lens if this could be the cause.

The only contacts my sensitive eyes can tolerate!
Been a loyal customer for the last 3 years. They are literally comfortable all day, feels like nothing's there and never had any customer service issues. Pls keep the formula of the b12 bc it's great for dry eyes.
