I don’t normally leave reviews but this website definitely needs one. Their prices are great and designs are unique BUT DONT LET THAT DISTRACT YOU! My sister purchased dresses for Eid for both myself and her (2 dresses each, 4 in total). I am a size S in Asian clothes (10/12) and ordered both to be a size S. anyways, one dress firstly the colour was off. On the website it appeared to be white but in real life it was beige. Size wise it was soooo tight I couldn’t move or breathe and so, I emailed them from my account asking to exchange for a size M (they had this in stock). First red flag was when they emailed me back, it was at 4am and not a professional email at all. No ‘hello’ no capitalisation of letters, just a ‘ok don’t worries’. Long story short I returned the dress and they send my sister a code for me to reorder in my correct size. Because they took so long to get back to me, the original dress went out of stock but they had the exact same dress in a pink shade so I ordered that size M using their code (had to pay for shipping). It finally arrived and when I tried it on, it was HUGE. It was literally falling off my shoulders and when I inspected the size, I found this so odd. The tag was scratched off and the back neck label was cut. This makes me think they actually sold me a size L or even an XL and disguised it as an M which explains why it’s so big. I’m now having to take it to the tailors and alter the size 3 days before Eid which is not fair at all. The other dress I ordered with my sister, the slit sits really low down on my thighs which makes the shape look weird and boxy. I’m also having to take this to the tailors to get fixed and get this, the scarf has 2 gross stains on it (looks like dried blood?). Anyways, I’ve emailed them regarding this and have received no response. When they eventually do get back to me they’ll claim it’s outside the 14-day policy and because I have no other choice but to alter the dress, I probably won’t receive any compensation from them. Honesty avoid this website. They have nice things and decent prices but it’s just dodgy and have awful customer service. Shop somewhere else

I cancelled my order with Hira textiles, which was nearly worth £50, over a month ago. They offered a refund through email however after a month I have still not been refunded. I have emailed them multiple times and they have not replied to me with regards to my refund.

Purchased a suit online however the colour did not match the photos on their website. Did not like the dress for this reason and initiated a return but did not get my money back to the original payment method. First time ordering from them wasn't aware of their return policy. Instead they sent me an online gift voucher to order from them again. Emailed a couple of times but customer service is non existent. What an absolute scam! Buyers beware!

I am in between sizes, I've also had two operations on my stomach and so my body is not the same. I went to the store to try some clothes on. I chose about 5/6 outfits - different material, different designs, different designers. They have fitting rooms and I wouldn't say they were particularly busy that time I went in. OMG I was absolutely disgusted with the customer service. The owner is an arrogant man, no customer service. The staff following the owners instructions refused to hand me the clothes I wanted to try on. They said you can't try more than two. I was absolutely appalled. What's the point of having fitting rooms??? I was made to feel like nothing. The owner shouted and reduced me to tears. He wouldn't allow me to talk and kept shouting 'dont argue with me'. What annoyed me the most is I wasnt arguing. He didn't even hear me out. He was so grumpy! I will never set foot in that shop again! Please avoid ordering online or in store! Not worth the aggro or stress. They act as though they are the only shop in Birmingham. I ended up buying my clothes from lovely people. They said you aren't the first to tell us about that shop. Many people say he is rude.

Have ordered many times and its hit and miss. Disappointing the amount of times there is issues in regards to sending the wrong dupatta or no dupatta at all.

My most recent order of two suits, one of the suits i received was completely wrong, they don't do prepaid labels as-well which means i have to pay to return an wrong item which is the company’s fault.

Selling nice clothes but very unprofessional

Customer service quite poor. Had an issue with my order didn’t get any response from my emails or WhatsApp messages. Decided to return as my order arrived later than expected I’d paid for next day delivery taking into account postal delays over Xmas period but this took the mick. I don’t think they packed it til the 27th although I’m sure they were open throughout Xmas. Also no estimates for delivery days given had I have known next day meant next week I wouldn’t have ordered. Their returns policy is crap you dont get your money back only a credit note for the value of the item which you can only use if you buy something from them again. I lost out monetary wise and on my £9 postage also had to pay out of my own pocket to return. So overall not a great experience my advice is only order if you know you’re not going to need to return and if you can get free delivery otherwise not worth the hassle.

Suits are ok but owner seems like a narcissistic lady , throwing backhanded compliments won’t be shopping again last 2 times .

I ordered a large size but was sent an extra large gharara (the bottoms) and a large size kameez.

First time ordering from Hira Textiles. I had a positive experience, great service and communication. Order arrived on time and all items were included as shown in the description and image. Great quality. Very pleased.

I had an issue with initial purchase, but once we found the right channel and contacted them, they eere really quick to resolve the issue.
