I recently bought an outfit for my son's upcoming wedding online from Hira textiles. The dress arrived in good time but the quality of the fabric, stitching and apperance did not match my expectations. I did not even bother to try it on and the 2nd package with overcoat remained unopened. I emailed customer services to request a refund and return slip but mentioned I would be travelling to Birmingham to shop for another dress and offered to drop it into the store to avoid postage, to which they agreed. Upon arrival at the store, I was viciously attacked by the lady in store, accusing me of having worn the outfit and now requesting a refund. She humilated me by smelling the outfit in front of other customers and refused to accept a refund request, including 2 phone calls to her brother and Bilal to explain that I was conmitting fraud and being rude to her. She found the bleached out part of the underskirt and claimed I had swept the dress thrlugh bleach, intestead of agreeing it was a factory fault. I left the dress in store, without a refund. I then emailed customer services who have yet to respond and its been 7 days. I have no hope of getting my £139 hard earned money back from this highly unprofessional, scam of a company. Avoid at all cost!! They are really bad, unkind people

Great customer support and love the outfit I purchased, the details and size were exactly as advertised!

They still haven’t refunded me and even provided a forged statement claiming it was processed, with mismatched details from two different accounts. I wasn’t born yesterday. They still owe me £18, but I won’t be shopping with them again.

The company is misleading. When an account is closed, funds should be returned automatically, yet they’re trying to cover their tracks. Do NOT buy from them.

Sent me wrong parcel, been trying to contact but no success.
I don't know where my parcel is either.
Unnecessary delay, very disappointing.
Well, I have not received my order after 3 weeks.
I ordered 1 item and They send me some other customer's order, I contacted them the same day got a reply after 4 days to say they will send me the label to forward the parcel to correct customer. Waited for a week for their reply they finally sent me label so I posted the parcel back. I ordered the suit as a gift for birthday which has now gone and my parcel still hasn't arrived. I emailed these people twice to either give me tracking details or refund me my money but these people are so bad at communication, its unbelievable. Any other company would have sent me my parcel straight away as soon as I informed them that they have sent me wrong parcel, but no these people want me to sort the mess they created... Honestly I would never order from Hira textiles again. The headache they have given me is definitely not worth it.
I have still not received my parcel or any communication 31/12/2025.

A little disappointed in the clothes received, as a first time buyer from you I don’t think I will be using you again sorry, there were stains on the clothes, writing on the clothes, the colour has already ran on the clothes before use, don’t know if the lawn clothes have been shrunk before being made, the pair of clothes that were silk have either been worn or they were damaged there were threads that have been pulled where you can see the line through the clothes. In my opinion next time you send any items out to customers please check and check again. I do have pictures to show the stains and damage to the clothes

I had to purchase this suit because Hira textiles had my credit refund from last the 9 months. The suit is beautiful and fits comfortably. I hope it does not shrink after washing.

Some of the clothes have got bad stitching. One of the Suit is suppose to be cotton but it's lillen material.

I've been so impressed with Hira Textiles Website. I ordered an XXXL outfit on the Saturday morning and it arrived the following morning, granted I did pay for the next day delivery, it was great to have the choice, especially with a plus size outfit. I'll be honest, I'm Mother of the Bride, the outfit cost £41.99, but having been disappointed with two other outfits bought on line, that cost 3 times the price, I thought I may aswell give it a go. I've been so impressed. The quality is great. It looks just like the one pictured on the website, colour and embellishments, the threadwork on it is beautiful. I'm a size 20 and the XXXL fits me beautifully. I will definitely be using Hira again.

The fabric and product is just shown in the picture and explained in the description. The customer service team is very helpful and the response is always quick and good. Recommended!!

Absolutely appalled with HT. i returned my item in February due to the poor quality. They approved the return but have since failed to respond to my email and have not sent me a return credit voucher. The same happened to my friend. Its a shame i did see the negative reviews but ignored these. Never order from them via their website.

Such a deceptive business, sizing is all wrong, sent me a shalwar which was far from the xxl size of the kameez.
No one listens to you despite numerous emails to them
Will be reporting to trading standards
They send out faulty items and then decide to keep your money regardless
If they were in the right they would not ignore their customers.
How do these people sleep at night!?
