The staff is a lovely bunch i got clothes and they were extraordinary i have been to countless stores and i have to say this outranks then all from hospitality to clothes its top notch

Very beautiful outfits.customer service was on point, very friendly staff,Reasonable prices, most of my outfits are from the shop, The owner is a very nice person, he was also talking to me about the fabric and telling me a bit about the production side,which was interesting to here. Keep doing the hard work❤️

Bought a brand new suit but frayed within a couple of hrs of wear. The assistant we spoke to was very obnoxious, rude & defensive. Very poor customer service skills. It's not the result that is disappointing but the entire attitude, mannerism & demeanour of the assistant that made the situation highly unpleasant.

Went today was poor service the lady was very rude... she said they had fresh sizes upstairs and once I paid she said I had to buy the one on display which was damaged and she refused to give us a refund. The policy takes affect once you leave the store... I'm a retail manager she was so rude whilst fasting. Took me 15 minutes to get a refund.

Pretty stuff on reasonable price good customer service I am happy with my purchase would definitely recommend. 👍🏻👌

Made an order. Never arrived. Twice tried to communicate with jora junction and zero response. Had to go through PayPal to get money back.

I travelled 2.5hours to Jora Junction Alum Rock as they advertise original Imrozia but when I questioned the quality of outfit Salman reassured me it is original and they are the only stockists. I also spotted that the dupatta was a different colour to the kameez and had to convince him to bring me another to compare which he then changed over. The original Imrozia romantic lily is a pink in colour, they have matched a peach! Also the trouser material that comes with the original suit should be raw silk but they have provided a very cheap transparent material. The kameez lining is also the same!

I have tried to contact by WhatsApp and mobile but no reply and my calls go straight to answerphone.
Such a shame how this business is getting away with such poor and deceiving service.
What a waste of money and time!

Placed an order and was told eid delivery was guaranteed. Im still waiting!!!! And im furious it did not arrive! Why take my money if u cant deliver. They only have a mobile number wer some man called salman says leave a message...iv left loads and he never calls bak. Stupid shop and stupid site. Now i want a refund but no one answers...iv left whatsapp messages...no response. They apparently have a 24/7 chat....no one ever responds!... stay away from jora junction!!!!

Online order, My clothes never arrived, No tracking information was ever sent.
Thank goodness I payed with paypal. Mr Salman who's mobile number is on the website did not answer the phone and when he did after calling repeatedly he said oh have you not received it,then in the same sentence he said we sent a refund as we dont have it in stock?
To end the call he said give me 30 minutes I will call you back.he never called back.
I called for a further 4-5 times before contacting PayPal.
PayPal then contacted him for proof of shipping,he did not contact them back so they refunded me.
I had to go and get a dress for Eid locally from a High street store days before Eid.
I wonder how many of the five star Reviews on here are genuine purchases?

I went to Jora junction on Stratford road in Birmingham, on the 20th April 2022. I travelled from Leicester to do some Eid shopping. The owner in the shop was extremely rude from the start to end! I was trying on 2 outfits and she was talking to the worker and saying that I’m wasting their time and only want to buy a £60 suit! Is this the attitude business owners have? She didn’t help me at all for what I was looking for. She had such poor communication skills, and was very ignorant, and was so stuck up in the month of Ramadan. I brought a suit and wanted a refund which says on the website 7 days money back guaranteed which the owner was not accepting. It doesnt say on the website that this guarantee is only online. Her suit prices are outrageous! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this shop which has poor and extremely rude owner. She has such bad facial expressions which will put anyone off! I am never going to this shop again! There are many others which I prefer! I wouldnt reccommened anyone going to this shop. She is so disrespectful and thinks so much of herself. She doesnt deserve 1 star either she is a total loss.

I tried to purchase some clothes from Jora online twice. The service was terrible, both times my clothes were never delivered even after four weeks. At last I got fed up and asked for a refund. After few weeks I ordered again and same story no delivery and asked for refund again. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I will never recommend them.
