Really useful service. No chance of us using a traditional skip so skip bags were a great alternative. Collection easy to arrange and two out of three collected earlier than expected.

An excellent service from start to finish. The bag arrived in the post quickly. Once we had filled it, booking the collection is simple and intuitive. The driver arrived a couple of days later at just after 0600 and the bag was hoisted onto his vehicle quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Hippo Waste.

I got the bag from b&q filled it up with rubble and brick waste paid for it on my account they pick it up within a week but I would say read the small print you cannot put heavy waist in the large bag there is a dotted line on the bag on the large bag to fill up to with heavy waist but you cannot see it when the bag is sagging so be warned.

They don't turn up even after being made a priority load.
4 times on 4 different days a Man with a Van was meant to come and collect the waste ready for my builders to come, and 4 times no one turned up to the point I have asked for a refund which I've been told can take up to 5 days so I'll keep my eye on that. It's getting ridiculous now, their transport department and planning team clearly don't know how to do their jobs so someone should look into that.
A lady in the customer service team named Lisa was very helpful and tried to rectify it multiple times but really demonstrated the lack of competence in the transport department and in whoever is running it.
Overall I'd say avoid at all cost as it just ends up being given empty promises that cause you to have to juggle builders around and try to make the room for them to work.

Buy and Collect - was straightforward and very easy to do.
The driver William Coleman was very efficient and pleasant.
The ability to have the bag for an open ended collection date meant that I could load up as and when I had the time.
Collection of the bag was well within the 5 day turnround period - so once filled it was speedily removed.
