Freya has gone above and beyond to help deal with the issues I'm having with my bike motor.
Helped line up a proper replacement even after the site listed the motor as no longer available.

Also very appreciative about working with my situation being outside warranty literally a day after the issue came up.

We purchased a Himiway Zebra Step-Thru Electric Bike and have absolutely loved it. I recently purchased their child/pet trailer and when it showed up, they accidentally sent the wrong one. I emailed them about the error and they quickly got it corrected. Very happy with my purchase and their customer service.

The bike looks and feels great. Instructions were a little confusing at first as there were a few extra screws and brackets included in the box. Initials test rides was perfect. After my son rode the bike to go to school he told me the battery was dying quick. Sure enough he only got 19 miles on the first charge. Than as we took pictures for proof he only got 38 miles on the second charge. Not even close to the 60-80 miles per charge that is advertised on the Himiway website. Customer service has been quick to respond but we will see if they fix the issue. The return policy is ridiculous as well. You must retain the original box and packaging lin order to get a full refund not to mention you will also be charged $200 return fee. Had I known, it would have been this way after only two weeks of owning the bike perhaps I would have kept the packaging. Let's just see how this customer service goes. All in all, love the bike just not the weak battery life.

I run an e bike rental business and the support and their prompt responses and solving any issues as soon as possible is amazing. The best e bike company out there!

damaged my wiring harness on my cruiser and emailed support on a Sunday. They responded next day first thing and had one ready to ship and an invoice. easy peezy and quick!

Habe am 07.04.2025 eine sendungsnummer über PayPal erhalten in der steht das die Sendung von JDL angekündigt wurde. Seitdem keine Zustellung. Telefonisch nur vertröstet.

Die Bikes an sich sind Super, nur der technische Support und das Verständnis von Kundenservice ist Katastrophal. Kunden warten ewig auf Ersatzteile und die Händler bekommen die entstandenen Kosten nicht erstattet. Schade die Bike´s hätten potenzial zu mehr!!!

Leo was a great service advisor for my Himiway e-bike. We had a controller go out, and he was able to get us another one that works for my Himiway bike.

I sent an email regarding an error code. I received a quick reply from Freya, and Freya quickly helped me resolve the issue. I was very impressed with the timely replies and follo up.

Freya from the Himiway customer service department has been fantastic. Always quick to respond and answer any questions I have. I also ordered a extra wide seat from them and It shipped really quickly. Great product and great people. Highly recommend.

I am new to Himiway Bikes. I ordered two bikes at different times. When I went to order the second bike I inquired about a military discount in which Himiway does offer it. However, I was having issues trying to figure out how to get the discount when ordering the bike online so I reached out to customer service and they got back to me promptly with step-by-step instructions on applying the discount. All-in-all, I am very happy with the bike. It was easy to put together and fun to ride. Freya with customer service was awesome. Thank you Himiway!

Leo was awesome to work with and helped me get the motor replaced. I'll keep buying Himiway products in the future.

I never had this amazing customer service experience anywhere else,they contacted me few times before I received the bike and even after delivery.I guess finally I found a place where I can rely on my purchase and expect my concerns to be addressed.Looking forward to purchase and definitely talk to my friend’s about himiway.Forgot to thank Mike,I appreciate it.

Mir wurde das City Pedelec mit einer defekten Batterie geliefert. Kann ja mal passieren. Es hat zwar gedauert bis wir das Problem ausgebügelt bekamen aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt fühlte ich mich alleine gelassen, Antworten auf die ganzen E-Mails kamen immer zeitnah. Sogar durfte ich ein neues Display behalten, nachdem sich herausstellte dass es doch die Batterie war. Special thanks an Mike vom Support, netter Service.

Der Service in Bezug auf einen Garantiefall war sehr hilfreich und gut. Ersatzteile wurden schnell geliefert. Die Unterstützung per E-Mail war immer sehr freundlich und zeitnah. Man muß sich nur im Klaren sein, daß hier handwerkliches Geschick von einem abverlangt wird. Da ich aber gerne Bastel und Schraube war das für mich kein Problem. Herzlichen Dank und Gruß an das Himiway-Team.

Das Rad ist Top, jedoch nur solange nichts kaputt geht. Der Service ist unterirdisch schlecht. Versuche jetzt seit 7 Wochen meine Garantie in Anspruch zu nehmen. Echt schlecht!
