Hills Estate Anmeldelser

The Hillsestate is a proffesional and trustworthy agency! Highly recommend Mohammed Uwais. He was always very repsonsive, polite and helpful. Thank you very much for your help with our property. Really apreciate the vouchers for furniture and other gifts you left in the property!!

I was helped by Uwais to find accommodation in a studio flat, Uwaiz was very friendly and super helpful during the process, also really helped with boiler problems late at night on his time off, I do really appreciate the way I have been treated by this Agency and the people who run it. They do really make you feel valued and the service is very friendly and hustle free. I do recommend Hills Estates that showed high levels of customer service at all times.

Great experience with the estate agency.
Amazing property and our estate agent Raihan went above and beyond throughout the whole process, making sure we were well informed with everything as well as making the move in very smooth.
Would recommend to anyone

Friendly, quick and professional. Uwais was clear with instructions, issues were ironed out through the estate agent with the landlord and previous tenant quickly, and there was a welcome package when I moved into my room which was a nice touch, it made me feel at home.

Hills Estate were great in helping me secure a rental property, Uwais in particular. I went in looking for a four bedroom where no other estate agents were able to help me Hills told me about one not on the market yet. After being messed around with by other agents Hills helped me get things done in a few days to suit my timeline. They kept me informed the whole way through the process and were exceptional in their service. Would definitely recommend using them

Great help for selling our property. Big Thanks to Uwais at Ilford branch

Supportive, Transparent, Ethical, Customer Service
I would like to mention Mr. Uwais Patel who was very professional and friendly throughout our tenancy agreement finalization. I would definitely like to get back to one of their property deals in the future.

The agency was quick in sending the documents and was a big help during the referencing as well!!

Great Service and Knowledge of the local area and property market in terms of Sales and also lettings. Uwais Patel Provided me with great tenants who managed to get me £150 more from my last tenancy.
would highly recommend!!!

Great service

Hills Estate was the letting agent for my flat where I lived for about 3 years. From the beginning of my tenancy till the end, I've had a very positive experience dealing with them. The staff is very responsive and attends to all maintenance issues on time. I would like to specifically mention Mr. Uwais Patel who was very professional and friendly throughout our tenancy. I would definitely like to get back to one of their properties in the future, if at all possible.

We rented through them and had no problems. Everything went smoothly.

I was very pleased with Hills Estate services. They helped me find my new home quickly, and my agent was helpful, honest, very friendly and punctual. I had a great experience working with them, and I would definitely recommend this agency to friends.

Good renting experience. Fast responses and willing to help (moving furniture in the flat, sending help to fix stuff after moving in). The present box when moving in is nice and helpful.

I had a very smooth process with issues resolved quickly. The agency worked with me to sort out any problems during the paperwork and found quick solutions and short turnarounds. My agent Mohammed Uwais Patel was very kind and helpful and sorted out amenities at the place to ensure my move was seamless and was very hands on throughout. Highly recommend!

Been with Hills Estate for four years now. Been a pleasure working with. Uwais has been a Godsend, helped out where required without any hassle. Would have kept Hills Estate if it wasn't for personal reasons.

Our agent Mohammed is very friendly and helpful who took all the care and responsibilities till the end of the service.
Thank you so much for finding the best property in short time.

Overall good and quick service.

Asked Mohammed to sort everything quickly and he delivered. Managed to move before I had to move out my other place and at a decent price. All things considered would recommend!

Great estate agency. We did the viewing for our house and moved in within a week. The referencing process was fast and prompt and our agent Mohammed communicated very thoroughly with us. Definitely recommend!
