Hills Estate Anmeldelser

Professional, resourceful and bespoke service. Communication is clear every step of the way! Thank you.

i originally enquired about a different property which i went to visit but in the end i decided that that property wasn’t the right one for me. shortly after, mr uwais patel from hills estate reached out to me regarding another property they had available. he proceeded to send me videos of the property with all the information i needed about the rent, furnish type etc. the viewing was a very easy process and the moving in process was swift and efficient. i am now very happy at my new place and the landlord is really lovely, thank you again uwais for all your help 🙏🏻

Great service again from Uwais at Hills. Uwais brought lots of viewings in and generated multiple offers very quickly at the asking price. Great communication throughout and very competitive fees. I like how Uwais and Hills just get on with it unlike other agents I have dealt with, and get the viewings and offers in first rather than focus on fees and locking you into a contract. This is the second time we have gone through Hills and will definitely use them going forwards every time!

Uwais was very fast with communications and easy to work with. He was able to answer any queries I had and made the move in process simple!

This must be the best Letting agency, after been scammed by many agencies I met Hills Estates on Zoopla and the agent assigned to me was Uwais M Patel .. he was very supportive and honest. The process was seamless and fast. I even got a welcome package. Thank you amazing team

Thank you so much for your service because your support and response was great.

Highly recommend this agent!

Amazing agency, Uwais was incredibly helpful and so were his colleagues. Thank you so much, can’t wait to move in! :-)

Uwais and Hills Estate is amazing! Help me rent my property within a week. Found good working professional tenants can’t complain! Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a probate property advertised by Hills Estates. The case prolonged for 18 months due to the inefficiency and lethargic service by the vendor's solicitor. Uwais from Hills Estate was very resilient and thoroughly professional. Throughout the journey, he constantly chased all the vendor's stakeholders (vendor's solicitor, the housing association, the management agent etc) to keep the case progressing. He professionally handled the situation and kept me updated throughout the journey and ensured the successful completion of the purchase.

I do not have any hesitation in recommending Uwais's services.

Uwais provided a brilliant, bespoke and timely outcome for our need of finding a place to rent. He was polite, tactful and considerate. He turned a last-minute cancellation from a landlord into another successful opportunity. I would recommend Uwais and Hills Estate.

I have worked with Mr. Uwais to secure my tenancy.
He worked diligently to secure the deal and was helpful through out the deal. He is a through gentleman and an asset to Hills real estate Ilford branch.

Raihaan always followed us promptly and with a smile. All of the renting steps have been straight forward and quickly completed, and we really appreciated the welcome pack.

Plus, the door got stuck after 2 days of coming in, I texted him at 9PM and in a matter of minutes he was at our door trying his best to solve the issue, even in acrobatic ways!

Really helpful and proactive staff who have found tenants for my rental property within a day of marketing the property and they have dealt with any issues to the property swiftly.

Very helpful, Uwais help me found a house in this tough market, will highly recommend
